Sometimes things just don't go right and take alot more work and patience to resolve than we hope for. I think we ran into this with their Lincoln store...but after some back and forth, eventually it got taken care of. I would recommend them in the future.

went for some dart supplies.... gentleman didn't seem too knowledgeable with their dart products, but when another customer came in about some billiards supplies, he seemed very intune with how to help them... i didnt find anything i wanted to pay for other than a few more tips.... guess i'll stick with online shopping

Came from over an hour away to buy my grab board. Hands down awesome customer service. Had everything I needed. Highly recommend to anyone needing Darts pool or anything relating.

Friend of mine bought a hot tub from their new Lincoln location and it had been nothing but problems. Seems they don’t take responsibility for things their associates say, and even lie to their customers. Today on the the phone the owner told him “well it’s not our fault” so they don’t want to take responsibility for anything.

Excellent inventory and outstanding service - knowledgeable staff. I stopped in to have some pool cue maintenance done and they were friendly and fast.I’ve also purchased items here and am happy with everything I’ve received.

Rich did a great job explaining the hot tubs and options. We are very happy with our decision to use altar! We had some follow up questions after the sale even though Rich wasn’t getting anything extra he took care of us! The customer service was amazing. We will be looking there first when furnishing our basement!

Rich sold us a table and gave us some potential dates for delivery. Which were terribly in accurate. Won’t return a call to save his life and doesn’t respond to emails backed with false promises and gimmicky sales phrases which he use’s repeatedly. Somewhere in between comical and gross snake oil salesman like. Saw it coming from a mile away. Took some effort but Luckily we canceled the order so we didn’t have to wait months for a table.

Great bunch of men in there. All consummate pros. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Great selection on every sporting hobby of my choice. The delivery team shares those same traits. Pleasure doing business with everyone there.
