I would definitely recommend Storage Depot for all your storage needs. The staff is attentive and catered to all my request. The facility is clean and secure. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

It is truly the nicest storage unit facility in Omaha! Lots of space and easy access to the unit. The staff is very responsive with you whenever you have a question and follow up with you quickly. I highly recommend this storage unit to anyone!! Five stars in my book!

If you’re looking for extremely clean storage units, considerate and understanding staff, and in a secure area - THIS IS THE STORAGE FACILITY FOR YOU! I was in a time crunch when I found this place and Joan did everything she could to get me what I needed and when I needed it. She continuously checked in with me to make sure everything was okay with my units and always there when I needed help no matter time or day. Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Joan, who works at the front desk is an angel incarnate. From the few interactions I had with her she is profesional, kind, and actively reviews/checks the lot for safety. If we need storage in the future we will come back here.

Storage Dept is an excellent storage facility! It was always well maintained and clean every time I stoped by. The availability of power to some of the units is what drew me to their business, and I very much enjoyed the rental experience.

STORAGE DEPOT REVIEWEvery once in a while I feel a need to write a “Review” for businesses (that I frequent) for what I consider to be outstanding customer service that sets them far and above others. **In this case, I’m singling out “Storage Depot” (11634 I St, in Omaha, NE).As a “senior citizen” (I’m in my 70s), I’ve amassed a LOT of things .. most of which I’m not willing to part with (yet). Over the span of quite a few years, I’ve used a number of different storage facilities, but “Storage Depot” is by far the BEST facility I have ever used, and I will continue to do my business with them for as long as I maintain a need for storage.To “Owners” Eric & Michele Peel, Storage Depot is not only their business .. its their livelihood, and as such, they have special qualities and traits about them that sets them apart, making their business the success it is. Having previously owned 2 storage facilities (nee: All About Storage), they are now in the process of constructing yet another Storage Depot facility in Omaha.Probably the most unique and special phase of their success is “Facility Manager” Joan Ramsey, (an exceptional, caring and professional Manager). Between the 3 of them, they treat their clients like “family”. They care about their client-base and they listen to what their clients say, want and need, and Storage Depot strives to fill those needs when and where possible.Aside from the standard norms for reviews (cleanliness, safe & secure, and friendly), Storage Depot goes above and beyond in Customer Service. They know and recognize many of their clients by name. Walking into the facility Office, they’re generally called by name, greeted with a smile, offered a cup of coffee and caring conversation as well as help with any concerns they may have about storing their possessions. Storage Depot also offers a wide variety of amenities (all kinds of storage equipment) as well as ideas and suggestions for proper care and storing of items.On a “personal” note, I very much appreciate that they recognize the service of, and offer a “Military Discount” to Veterans. Little things like that go a long way with me. I commend you on your professionalism, care, and rapport with your client-base. I recently rented a storage unit at this facility and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Above everything, Joan at the office is absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills are top-notch and she truly goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are satisfied. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend this storage unit place, and I can't thank Joan enough for all her help! Five stars all the way!

Storage Depot's facilities are clean and secure. The reason I am giving them five stars is more than just the facilities. They have excellent customer service and a team who communicates effectively with an issues or needs. It is wonderful to work with them! We have had a unit for about 2 years.
