Rabbit & reptile owners: COME HERE!!! Cannot recommend this place enough. They care about your animals on a deeply personal level. I’ve taken my 14 year old tortoise there for checkups numerous times. She had a respiratory illness and they helped me rectify it. They go above and beyond. Our beloved Flemish giant rabbit, Tilly, had been seen early one morning one day for GI stasis. It’s common in rabbits and we’ve had experience, it’s not a big deal when you catch it early, give them meds, and syringe feed them food. They knew this well. She was a terror, but she was our terror. We knew the drill for feeding and most importantly, meds (they literally opened half an hour early for her!!). Unexpected for everyone, she passed later that day at only about 3 years old. Dr. Roelofs is a godsend. She spoke to me for like 20 minutes on the phone at like 7 pm that evening about how it wasn’t my fault and how everything had looked normal on all the scans while I sobbed uncontrollably. She seemed as stunned as I was. I later received a card from the office, signed by everyone. Dr. Roelofs wrote a long note once again assuring me and my distraught husband in the card that we had done nothing wrong. We are experienced rabbit owners. Sometimes things just go wrong genetically. The comfort this clinic and Dr. Roelofs has brought me cannot be contained in a google review. But she’s amazing and so is this clinic.

I enjoyed how the vet techs were incredibly kind and patient with how nervous I was with my gecko's visit. Dr. Belshan was amazing in her care, and every understanding how stubborn geckos can be. I appreciate all the team does!

All Creatures was able to get us an appointment asap after I called frantic because my dog, Luna, had been puking all night. They were so sweet and even called me back when they had an earlier appointment cancellation to get us in sooner. They were so kind and understanding. They talked me through everything they were going to do for tests/treatments. When they took Luna into the back room (where owners are not allowed) they regularly checked-in and let me know how Luna was doing. It was so considerate of them. Luna was comfortable with everyone there; even though she didn’t feel well. We got sent home with medicines and were given clear, detailed instructions on how to administer. They text me the next day to check-in on us. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The vet, vet techs, administration were all kind and accommodating. The building was clean, well maintained and felt very safe.

I was really worried about my dog’s recovery after a recent surgery. All Creatures fielded many calls from me and were always able to see Coco right away. All of the staff is warm and caring. You can tell they love their four-legged fur babies as much as we do!

Doctors here see exotic animals which seems really hard to find in Omaha, so I take my rabbits here. All 3 doctors we've seen have been wonderful. They are so kind, gentle and soft spoken. I love that I can schedule through their PetDesk app also. Highly recommend this office!

The people that work at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic are exceptionally good. They really care for your pets and for you. They know what there doing and they are really good at it. If you have a emergency they will fit you in that day. I don't know what my fer baby and I would have done if they didn't fit us in when we needed them. There great.

I am leaving one star ONLY because I did have a good visit with another vet for a different pet a few months ago. However, at my most recent visit which was scheduled for my Guinea Pig with concern for his breathing I was dismissed and presented with a $300 estimate for teeth filing. Dr. Moeller told me his teeth were the issue despite me repeatedly asking about his breathing. The next day I called with greater concern and was told they’d prescribe an antibiotic “if I thought he needed it.” Marty was taken to a new clinic the following day, required oxygen upon arrival, was diagnosed with pneumonia, and sadly had to be euthanized. After reaching out to All Creatures the vet told me that she stood by her claim of his teeth, and said he must have come down with something after leaving. Again, despite reminding her that my initial appointment was a concern for breathing I was dismissed. She cut the conversation saying she stood by her diagnosis of needing a dental procedure. After researching this specific vet I read that her specialty was dentistry and am now left wondering why I was scheduled with her in the first place. I was told she was great and did well with Guinea pigs… not the case for Marty.

All Creatures has been a lifesaver for our guinea pig, Cadbury! Dr. Roelofs and Dr. Belshan are so knowledgeable about small animals and they took great care of our guinea pig through the teeth trimming process. After visiting many different vets and clinics, we did not know if Cadbury would ever get back to normal and he is now thriving and happy again thanks to the care All Creatures provided! We are so grateful for all of their help and knowledge. And Cadbury is always happy when he gets to see Justin the vet tech! They have such a wonderful staff. I cannot recommend them enough... especially for exotic animals.
