My mom and I just went in there to look around & the sales lady followed us the whole time, kept asking us questions do you want this, do you want this, do you like this. If you want people to buy stuff stop following them around if they want something they will come and get you. Then she wanted to know if I wanted to put my name on a list for furniture and I told her no I’m just looking. Stop being so aggressive!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered a set of couches and the sofa trim was half off .. went back got another one and the same thing was wrong with that one! They refused to take responsibility for it they blamed it on us when they are the ones who delivered the first set. Manager was Extremely rude and was yelling over phone . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE !!!!

This place has been nothing but stressful, I was having guest coming over and needed to purchase a new dining table and bed, at the time it seemed like a good idea specially when they told me I qualify for a store credit. I purchased 2 items, I should have known better they were the display. The bed had rods that were broken and missing when I called to ask for the missing ones and replaced they refused. The table was a glass table had two legs that fall out they were telling the table was as is and there was nothing they could do for me. Please do not waste your time or money.

I have shopped here three times in the last year and each and every time I went I was happy that I did. Great prices and friendly staff. delivery was prompt and the furniture was perfect. the bed is Amazing! would highly recommend this store to everyone

I ordered a custom couch and ottoman on Feb. 26th. It is now April 14th and I have yet to receive my furniture. I was told in store it would be 2-3 weeks. Then, I was told trucks were behind because of flooding. Then, I was told the furniture was in and would be delivered between 12-4 pm. After several back and forth conversations that day, at 7 pm, the guy that handles their merchandise on trucks informed me that only my ottoman came in. He told me it should be in 3 days later. 3 days later, no furniture. A week later, I'm told by them that it's coming on Friday and will be delivered Saturday. On Friday, after several back and forth conversations and different versions depending on who I spoke to, I was finally told that the truck that was supposed to come in and broke down. So, now, they are saying the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I have been without furniture to sit on since Feb. 28th when I sold my set to prepare for this set. I have severe back issues, that have now acted up due to only furniture I have to sit on and am having to take medicine, go to physical therapy twice a week, get injections, sleep on a heating pad, and take muscle relaxants all because I don't have any appropriate furniture to sit on. I don't know what I am going to do- this cannot keep going on! This has to end, I need my furniture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: I am now being told that the rest of my couch pieces (6 in total) are on their truck to be received Wednesday and that I will have my furniture Thursday the 18th. Let's see if it comes to me in the 18th of April! February 26th order. Hmm. I hope it does. Absolutely ridiculous, no customer service or inquiry/informative skills. Super disorganized. FINAL UPDATE: Finally, I received my couches. I had paid a delivery fee of $89. The delivery drivers brought in each piece that was boxed up. They went to leave- I said "no, you've got to take it out the boxes and put the feet on, set it up,.." Nope. They don't do that!!! I call the store, and sure enough, the manager says "yeah, that's not part of the delivery"! What furniture store delivers your furniture in boxes????!!! And doesn't put it together when you pay a fee????? Just this whole situation is the twilight zone- NEVER deal with these CROOKS!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! Trash trash trash!!!!! These people lie to get their payments!!!! Do not shop here for the love of god please take your business somewhere else. Anywhere. I PAID OFF MY FURNITURE AND NEVER RECEIVED MY SECTIONAL!!! They’re giving the ultimate run around trying to get a refund!!!! TRAASSSSHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
