While I have nothing but praise for Kenza—she is flawless, professional, and incredibly kind, and I would give her five stars—I find myself disappointed with the organization as a whole. Their approach to business and pricing has been frustrating. On the last three occasions, the final price I was charged was different from what I was originally quoted. Their pricing structure often feels inconsistent, and it seems like no one is ever on the same page. Because of these issues with how the business is managed, I can only give three stars overall.

Today was my first eyelash experience it was absolutely amazing, very relaxing and great environment.. I definitely recommend anyone who hasn't tried them yet.. my lash technician was with bre and she was extremely phenomenal @ what she does..

Yes yes yes! The team is awesome, the techs are friendly and gentle, the lash glue HOLDS. They have a great variety of lashes (brown YY is what I like) and “fairy” lashes too!! This photo is two weeks after first full set - going back for a fill today! I highly recommend!! And they give you lash wash for a good clean before you start. Better than Deka lash in every way. 🫶🏻

Previous experiences were better. This past time I went in for a lash lift and tint as I had before. I contacted the business as instructed by my lash specialist if I had any issues. They asked for a picture; which I sent with an explanation and never received a response. Unfortunately it’s almost as if I didn’t have anything done at all to my eyelashes a little over one week out. It’s sad when you spend this kind of money along with a generous tip and end up with these kind of results. The front desk staff was also awkward and uncomfortable with both entering the facility and especially with payment. Bad experience overall.

Worst experience ever. They texted me less than an hour before my appointment to tell me they needed to move my appointment to a later time (45 mins later). I agreed and then they texted me right away telling me I could actually come at my original appointment time. I live about 40 mins away so I got in my car right away and made it on time (5 mins early) for them to tell me that they actually would like me to come back 2 hours later. Very unprofessional and they seemed to not be too bothered by the inconvenience they caused. It was a waste of my very few mornings that I actually had off.

I live an hour 1/2 away and love going to Amazing Lash Stuido! I always book with Kenza who is so sweet and an amazing stylist! My lashes always come out looking perfect and I don’t have any issues with them 😊

I always enjoyed coming to this place and enjoyed my tech and leaving with a fresh set of lashes but paying $300+ for some lashes is crazy and the fact I haven't been to this location in over a month and there still trying to run my card is crazy... lemme break it down for those who are curious to know my story it go a lil sum like this, my member started at $99 plus tip since I was a first timer which seemed fair and reasonable, after that they insisted I try out one of their memberships which my first thought was bro these is lashes not a gym ... but ok still went with it, I believe I had the classic set and was being charged an additional $25 plus membership fees which tbh never made since to me because if l'm paying for a membership I shouldn't be paying nothing but a tip when I come through if that makes sense so fast forward to me upgrading my membership which they was trying to charge my card $179 and still wanted me to bring in an additional $110 plus my tip I always throw I just simply didn't show up and consistently watch them try to run my card and laugh when it declines because like I said before $300 for some lashes is crazy

Literally the worst eyelash job I’ve ever seen.
My appointment was on 07/27/2024 at 1 pm.
For starters, the eyelash tech called me back at approximately 1:16 pm and apologized for the wait. She alleged that my original eyelash tech suddenly felt ill and that she’d be filling in.
The eyelash tech begin cleaning my eyes at approximately 1:25 pm. A few mins later, she exited the room advising she had forgotten something. When she returned, she continued cleaning or whatever the process is before applying the lashes.
The tech begin applying lashes somewhere around 1:40 ish, in addition to her getting up for something she had forgotten, she also exited the room a second time at some point. Som time later , I had to use the restroom so she stopped a 3rd time and guided me to the restroom.
When she completed my eyelashes, it was around 3:03 pm.
You wanna explain to me how’s it’s remotely possible to complete my eyelashes within 1 hr and 20 mins which doesn’t subtract the 2 times she exited the room and one time I had to use the restroom.
The only reason I didn’t exit the building immediately after 3:03 pm is because when I attempted to open my eyes, my right eyelashes were stuck to my bottom lashes, so she had to get them apart.
Before I even saw my lashes( you can tell by how she hesitated to give me the mirror, that she knew she should be ashamed of her work),
I knew I’d be dissatisfied as I watched her hesitation. The time she spent on my eyelashes alone or lack thereof was a telltale sign that this was about to be a disaster🤦♀️.
The only explanation I could come up with that explains how one could complete a job that quickly with 3 stops is a rushed inexperienced job..
To add to this, I had to prepay because the front desk-cashier lady left before my appointment was over and said I must prepay because she was not going to be there when I was done. She even asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Why would I want to leave a tip, when I haven’t seen the work? Thank God, I didn’t leave a tip because to be quite honest these lashes are not worth what I paid. They look unprofessionally done. There’s several gaps in the eyelashes , they’re horribly thin, and the tech did not do a combination of classic and volume lashes as you should with hybrid .
I think she low key tried to play me. This was my first visit at this location, but I’m not new to eyelash extensions at all!
To make matters worse, I am from Texas and was only there for a basketball tournament. I’m back home now and a couple of my lashes have already fallen out. Tragic!
I’m extremely disappointed!!’ I honestly have never seen lashes this bad. I wish this could be corrected. I’m even embarrassed to tell anyone I actually paid for this that’s how bad they are!
Whoever the owner of this location is, I’m not sure about any of the other lash technicians, but this particular one needs remedial training and at no point should she be allowed to represent this brand. She’s absolutely horrible( sorry not trying to be mean, but I have to be honest).
She was super kind, but none the less her work sucks bad! I wish there was a nicer way I could word my experience, but it’s really that bad.
The only positive side to my experience is she was super nice atleast. So much so, I didn’t want to complain about my lashes and make her feel a way.
And the more I thought about it, what could really be done if the front desk cashier lady was gone? While I didn’t say anything directly to the lash technician, I’d be remiss not to notate my experience here in this open forum so that potential customers can make an informed decision before booking. Unfortunately. I wouldn’t refer a soul to this place!

I've seen both Bri and Kenza for my lash extensions, and both are wonderful! I was nervous to get them done because I'd never had them before and I didn't want them to look over-the-top. They walked me through step-by-step and listened to me. I am so happy with the results! Definitely worth the money, especially for the quality. The venue is clean and quiet, which makes it relaxing to get them done.

Had my lashes done here. I pay for the membership and save 30 dollars a month. My refills are scheduled every 2 weeks only takes a hour. The ladies are very professional and friendly. I love this place
