Ask your doctor to send your script somewhere else. They don’t care. They tell you one thing and do another. 7 days after promised all due to them wo any communication in between. Do not depend on them. There are other pharmacies much greater.

Don't believe a word of what they tell you. I made the mistake of trying again to fill a prescription with this company. The first time I tried to fill I was assured that my prescription would be sent overnight; instead, it was shipped UPS ground. For 3 days I tried to figure out how I could get my prescription in time, and got different answers from every person I spoke to. Eventually they ended up recalling the package with my prescription and refunding me. Now a couple months later, I figured I'd try again since they are a lower price than my local pharmacy. I spoke to a representative who assured me that not only would my prescription be send via FedEx (since one of the people I spoke to the last time said that overnight service wasn't available from Omaha to where I live via UPS), it would be sent overnight since it was a "first fill". Imagine my surprise and frustration when I got an email notification saying that my prescription was AGAIN shipped by UPS ground. When I called, there of course were no answers - only many apologies and assurances that my complaint would be escalated. The last time I went through this I had to call every day to try and get answers; we'll see if I actually get somebody to call me back.

Didn’t think I could find a worse prescription pharmacy than Bioplus but I did. Won’t refill a life saving medication because of some bizarre rule. I can only get 30 days of the medication at a time and the script says 30 days. This isn’t sufficient.Tried using their online portal, it is absolute garage. Love when insurance forces us to use these inept pharmacies.

I was insulted by the pharmacist. He told my Chicago Doctor they had the medication that's a national shortage. They're false advertising to lure you in w coupons in their flyers. I'm talking about hundreds of dollars. They said they don't honor the coupon. I say you might get away w that in Green Bay, a Chicago girl says bye bye big Pharma. Who exactly gets to play favorites with medication. It's downright dirty! Shame on you Hyvee and shame on Whalburgers for not knowing how to do literally anything right on another note about this ridiculous store ??

Sending me someone else's chemotherapy medication instead of my chemotherapy medication is unacceptable and potentially life threatening for both the people involved. If you don't have to use them, don't!

They received my prescription and did nothing with it after I called multiple times they'd put me on hold to not pick up again I suggest going somewhere else!!

The head has no idea what the tail is doing in this organization. They had to have access to my bank account in order to sell me the prescription through my local HyVee but would .not allow me to pay for prescription at the local HyVee. Earlier this year I received a statement from them for three months of the prescription, I called and talked to the financial department after I had checked my bank account. They had billed me for February, March and April, my bank statements proved that they had taken the March payment only. They admitted to their error but still managed to foul up taking the money from my bank account. I had to call them for refills and told them to take the money out of my checking account when I called for the refills but the finance department said someone on their end had made a mistake. I admonished them for their mistakes and informed them that was very poor performance from them. I reordered in September and was sure to remind them to deduct that amount from my bank, but they didn’t and sent me a statement the first of October. I have had to cancel my bank card and transferred my prescription to elsewhere due to their faulty operation. This is one of the poorest run companies I have ever had to deal with and I hope this helps someone avoid the problems I have had.

Had a better experience with another pharmacy but insurance forced us here and now it's 50/50 chance there will be some issue. Auto call for refill sometimes doesn't work, they let the prescription run out, which if you call the doctor office they tell you to have the pharmacy renew it, the doctor can't electronically connect to them to refill, have to call them direct this time, was told they contacted my doctor to refill but got nothing back from doctor, the doctor said they received nothing and the doctor called it in at that moment since they couldn't do it via computer. Had to have Saturday delivery this time due to above situations and they tell me I get 1 Saturday delivery a year at no charge.. Really, I have no control over their computers and refill issues. When their systems are working it's good then. It just seems to be more a burden to get prescriptions filled then the other pharmacy.

Terribly slow to return calls, and if they can charge more by intentionally delaying service, they will. Requested a statement from them, and instead was billed for the full amount, without a statement or response from the company. I had to dispute the purchase to get a refund.

I filled some medications and received them last night. They are phenomenal. The packaging is amazing!! The medications and the delivery tickets are awesome and the information they give you with each medication and the directions is very concise and clear. Thank You so much for what you do!!!

Amber Pharmacy provided by Dad life-depending medicines for 20+ years. They delivered to his remote home on-time, in perfect condition even with special care requirements. In his final days, they treated us with such dignity and compassion it made the transition from palliative to hospice care all the more easy. When he passed, we received a handwritten sympathy card signed by pharmacists we'd only ever talked to on the phone. Such a kind gesture. Highly recommend this pharmacy for cared for individuals.
