Waited well over an hour an a half. No value of customer time. I can see they are understaffed and it's not even an employees work speed... but as you can see, it was very slow. They were more accurate and personable than Stanton optical.

The check-in service was very rude and disrespectful. Perhaps they need more customer service training. However, the doctor and the follow-up technician were highly knowledgeable in their respective fields.

The advertising regarding the complete price of the glasses is very misleading. The online website price indicated that bifocals would be $99 including the exam but after I had the exam the price for one pair of glasses was $250. I won't be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t go here if you have anything else to do the same day or value your time. You will be waiting and herded into the waiting area to wait for no reason. If I am not purchasing lenses and my exam was already done why do I need to continue to wait? I just need a copy of my prescription and to pay. But apparently the front desk person cannot help me pay with insurance and give me a copy of my prescription. Makes absolutely no sense. I understand you want to try to sell me glasses but I have things to do today and already stated I am not getting them today. This place is absurd to be honest. Save yourself the frustration & time—just don’t go here.

Amy is the absolute best!! Made a last minute appointment same day, and left happy ordering lenses and glasses with a huge discount. This is the most welcoming and friendly team I’ve ever experienced when going to an eye doctor. Everyone was knowledgeable and had experience on the items they sold. Will be back frequently, specifically for this location.

Zero stars is best. Arrive 5 minutes late due to traffic. Receptionist very rude and not helpful. Ask for manager/boss wants to argue and yell instead. Finally after getting the person in charge I'm told the doctor went to lunch. While talking to the manager the receptionist kept interrupting and arguing, crazy!!! Will never, ever go to this American's Best again. Unbelievable ?

This experience felt like a fever dream. Waited over an hour for the appointment I was early for,, spend FOUR MINUTES with the doctor, then waited over an hour just to check out! The staff was incredibly unprofessional. Not worth the low prices. I would have rather paid more somewhere else.
