The ladies at Anthropologie in Omaha are the Best! Always cheerful and engaging!! I had to take something back today because I had just purchased it last week at 30% off but it went on sale today for 50% off, so I took it back and they adjusted the new price. I am so impressed by all of the ladies that work there. They set a huge standard of how to retain customers! Kudos to the Anthropologie store in Omaha. They are the Best!!!❤️❤️

I have been an anthropologie member for ten years, and I just had my worst experience at this store. The staff members and store manager were reluctant to help for my return and making comments that are offensive.

This would have been a fun experience if the employees would greet me like a human being. Employees would look at me, look away, and go help a customer that looked richer or more well off- I wish I was joking.

One of my favorite places to shop. I have been in endless times and the staff has always greeted me.The PROBLEM is that every time I shop here for a gift I end up getting something for myself lolI love how they have everything from lip gloss to homegoods to that one of a kind dress that is unlikely you will see anyone else wear. I enjoy the fact that everytime I visit, even if it's been just a few days in between they have new merchandise. ? ?????The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful.?
