I purchased a new laptop and made a pickup appointment. When I arrived, I learned that I needed a separate appointment for data transfer, even though that wasn’t offered as an option when I purchased the laptop or scheduled the pickup appointment. I was told the transfer would take about an hour and that I’d receive a call the next morning when it was finished.
I never received that call. After waiting for several hours past opening, I called the store myself and was told that data transfers can actually take 24–72 hours and that the one-hour estimate I was given was incorrect. Several hours later, another employee called to say the transfer wasn’t working because of damaged ports on my old laptop and that attempting a Wi-Fi transfer would take even longer and might not work at all.
At that point, I decided to pick up both laptops. In total, I interacted with five different staff members within about 24 hours, which I feel contributed to the inconsistent communication. The employees were polite, but the information I received was inaccurate and contradictory. Because of the delays and changing explanations, I lost a significant amount of time when I needed my device for work.

Set up an appointment days in advanced. Even setting The appointment was intentionally designed to be almost impossible. I arrived, checked in early, and waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. There were approx. 20 other also people waiting past their appointment time.
Unacceptable. Issue wasn’t resolved.

As long as you have an appointment scheduled they tend to get you in and out. They fixed a couple of my Mac keys for free! I am very greatful!

I purchased an iPhone Air , and got good service . Make sure to go during weekdays and avoid it on Friday as it gets really rushed in the evening. I had to spend 20 minutes to get the questions answered.

I did not have an appointment but did not wait long even though they were busy. I had an I Pad that needed to be rebooted it was frozen. I also wanted to purchase a new I Pad. While my technician Tyler was working on my I Pad we discussed the options that were available on the newer I Pads to purchase. He listened to what I needed and suggested an appropriate I Pad. Tyler was very professional and efficient. Would recommend having Tyler assist you if had a choice!

To have apple reps that don’t care about your business is highly disappointing for a customer like me who has been purchasing apple products for 25+ years. After I purchased iPhone 17 pro max with other accessories I was asked to go to the table where they would help me make the transfer from my old phone to the new phone,. I encountered a road block and when I asked a question the person “assisting” was rude in her response basically asking me to go home and finish the set up at home. I found her response lacking good customer service. I was flustered and when I asked for the Manager she was just as indifferent to my situation. Apple has lost their good customer service and in consequence a loyal customer. This location could benefit for better training.

I am here for a pick up order today. The staff scanned the QR and yelling at me to wait in the pick up area when I asked him if I can look around while I’m waiting. Very rude attitude!

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time to have my laptop fixed, and the tech guy was super great! Helped me fix my computer, and I was in and out within an hour.

Severely disappointed with this location, especially considering this is where my family and I go to handle things involving our Apple devices. As I understand it, there was a seminar going on, so it was a bit busier than usual. That’s fine. I’ve come in plenty of times when there’s a seminar and it’s busy and still, I’ve always been in and out of there. I went in with a friend knowing exactly what phone she wanted to purchase and what color. We went up to a few workers who were just standing alongside tables and we were told each time to wait. Her and I understood it was busy, but it got absolutely ridiculous when 40 minutes pass and still, there’s nobody coming around to assist us like promised. Throughout this time, there are NUMEROUS Apple employees who are standing around chatting with each other. By the time we got help (which took LESS than 5 minutes for us to purchase it) the seminar was basically over. I’ve always considered Apple to be efficient, but lately this location has been unorganized and lazy. If I knew this was going to take as long as it did as we waited for these workers to finish their conversations with each other, we would have ordered the phone online. Again, very disappointed with this service because it was truly such a waste of time.
