Top tier customer service, quick, friendly, and always clean inside and out. Also extremely dutiful about giving more then enough warning any time they close the drive through or lobby for any reason not just normal holidays (as rare as that is) 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone.

I opened an account at this specific bank because I looked up reviews for all the local banks in the area and most of them, even the smaller chains, had numerous lousy reviews. I don't even bother with the mega banks as customer service is practically non existent at most of them, and this is about as far as you can get away from that! The reviews definitely make a difference, as I was told by the nice woman helping me set up my account that they typically rely on word of mouth from customers and I was one of the rare few to come without any prior knowledge from a current customer!

I use Arbor Bank for my business and personal life. Has been amazing every step of the way. Their team is awesome. Would recommend to anyone! You are not just a "number" here like any other bank I have used.

Arbor Bank did an amazing job helping me after my Mom passed away last August. My estate lawyer said we needed to open an account and they had everything up and running for us within a few hours. They helped make this difficult time so much easier and all of my Mom’s bills were all paid quickly with little to no drama. Thanks to Paula Hazen and everyone at Arbor Bank!

Ed Sarquis and his entire team were absolutely amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things about their expertise, knowledge, responsiveness, helpfulness, attention to every single detail, and over all professionalism. I have never written a review for any service provider in the past, but felt compelled to share my incredible experience with Ed's team and to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly professional financial institution. As a first time home buyer I transferred my mortgage application to Arbor Bank while my house was under construction, after having initially started the process with a large financial institution because I needed a bank that would not only assist and guide me through the process, but a company that I could trust. It was like going from night to day! Arbor Bank went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best possible rate, worked hand in hand with the builder to bring my home to completion, and got me to the closing date in the most efficient manner possible. I worked with Arbor Bank in the midst of a turbulent financial market and in an unpredictable real estate market, but there was never a single bump in the road with them. They were there every step of the way. I feel incredibly fortunate for the opportunity to work with them and would highly recommend them for everyone's financial needs. As an attorney myself, I know that I was not the easiest client because I worried over every word on each document and they educated me on the process, explained and reassured me on every aspect of the lending and purchase process, and helped me set up new accounts to manage my funds. I am incredibly impressed at how seamlessly Ed's team worked together amongst themselves, with third parties, and with me. They made me and my builder feel that we were truly in good hands and as though we were their only clients. Incredible! Their skills and services are unmatched!
