Stopped in for a few simple copies not realizing ARC was more geared to corporate document solutions. They didn't turn me away, but filled my tiny order and even showed interest in fundraiser copies referred to. Very kind and courteous. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about ARC Document Solutions in Omaha. We have had several last-minute printing jobs that they have been able to fill and fill perfectly.Frank, especially, has been very helpful with the printing of our banner and tolerant of my many questions and has gone above and beyond - making this a great experience with his helpful and friendly advice/work.Everyone there is pleasant to work with and will get whatever job you need done.

Absolutely outstanding service from ARC's Omaha location. While clearly a very small job for them, ARC scanned and digitized over 35 years of military service records in less than 10 minutes. The clarity was better than the originals! Very friendly and helpful staff takes appointments so you can be in and out in no time! I almost never leave reviews (for anything), but I highly recommend them!

This is a little late in posting but I have to let everyone know about the service I received at the Omaha store. I had one, 8X4 piece of paper that I needed to have laminated. There was a minimum order and amount that they charged for laminating and I certainly didn't meet the requirements. I was helped by Don, the General Manager and was immediately put at ease. He laminated the form I had and didn't charge me. I was impressed by the attention I received and the professionalism shown me. If you are looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend them. Ask for Don.

Great service! Took a document into Omaha office for scanning and printing. I needed to wait for it and 1/2 hour later I was on my way home with doc in hand. Definately recommend!
