Salesperson perfect, but Nooooo iPhone technical support -completely incompetent. No troubleshooting available! Just Outsourcing to determine problem with IPhone for my AT&T services to be utilized. Just buy another IPhone resolved my problem/issue.

This location was the worse experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store I went in for a simple replacement of a screen protector the manager at this location was very unprofessional and made it seem like I was trying to get something for free when I had a receipt to prove I had paid for the original screen protector i ended up going to the location on 78th and they were able to help me with no problem to the manager at this location do better especially since you are the manager of the whole store I will not be back and I will make sure to let everyone I know to not go to this location as well

That AT&T agents at that location didn't have any good customer service or when it came to my account or account knowledge ,I was coming in for a upgrade because my iPhone 12 max pro jumped ship on me.the agent turned off my services BEFORE I COULD PAY THE TAXES FOR THE NEW ONE.so when i needed the service switched and completely done I could transfer the money to pay any taxes due?.she wouldn't do it so i left and came the next day with the tax money around the same time and sold my phone that they SCANNED to my profile like I bought it that night#LstreetOmahaNeb

Stopped in for some billing questions, my bill has been too high for quite some time, not only was it and inviting atmosphere when I walked in but they took extra time to go over everything I’ve been paying for they set me up with a discount I didn’t even know I was able to get we knocked the bill down quite a bit and I added two watches to the plan still for less than what I was paying previously. They were so friendly and professional , I will definitely be stopping back in. Ivan and Paola were the associates that assisted me.

Ordered phone and service. Price quoted was 35.00 dollars cheaper before order placed. Called ATT customer service (they are a COMPLETE JOKE).
On phone for FIVE HOURS for resolution. No one speaks understandable English. Several Reps lied to me about completing my requests. After all the hours I spent trying to reach someone to cancel my phone order and new service I was transferred to billing. Now I AM DONE with ATT. I am not even certain I will get a refund on the payment I made on new phone order....but it is a small price to pay to never have to talk with these COMPLETE IDIOTS again.

The absolute worst att, I will drive out of my way further from my house to go to a different one than this one. In the past year it’s just gotten worse, the last 2 times I’ve done, I have been told to go to a corporate store for simple solutions. They were just too lazy to want to do their job and help.

This is the worst AT&T in the area. The manager Ivan knows nothing about customer service, and none of the employees seem to know what their job is, I was told to go to a corporate store for a sim issue
