We stopped into the Village Pointe AT&T store after purchasing a new iPhone over at the Apple store. Erica was the employee who helped us. She got my phone loaded with all my information even though I made it a little tougher by not having an apple password and she also redid my wife's contract to save us around $40 a month on our bill. My visit exceeded my expectations, Erica was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The treatment that was given was 10/10 not one issue I had the pleasure of working with Erica and Jorge they both took very good care of me and my daughter he even went to oak view to pick up the phone i picked because they didn’t have it in stock customer service was awesome !

At&t village pointe is the best around, whenever we have a problem we go to this location, and our problems are solved immediately, no questions asked. Erica is always there to help. Jorge and Jose are also very helpful.

Great service by Erica. My phone was so slow and full of malware that it was unusable. Erica worked on removing the malware and unused apps and adding AT & T security settings then, organized the phone in an efficient layout. I cannot thank her enough for her great customer service.

We had an excellent experience with Jose! We came in twice to upgrade both my daughters phones, and had the pleasure of Jose helping us both times. He took his time with us to make sure we got the best deal with what we wanted. I appreciate his patience with us. His customer service was above and beyond. Very knowledgeable!
