We had gotten a call that a family member was on hospice in Chicago with very little time. We hopped in the car to head out and my check engine light went on.
Panicking, I drove straight to AudiOmaha, pulled into the service bay, and Jose came out to ask what we needed. I explained what was happening and our rush to get on the road. He immediately calked for a tech to come and take the car in and check all the fluids. They topped it off, explained what the indicator was saying, and we jumped on the road and made it safely to Chicago! I am SO grateful for their kindness and care!

Greg Mcdonald is my guy at Audi.. Just moved to Omaha.. Great made the my Vehicle selection very easy and perfectly with in my budget. I really want to express my appreciation to Greg and His financial director and Service manager Thank you for making me feel at home. Audi Omaha made a lifetime customer for life!!

My car shopping began online when I reached out to the dealership about a 2020 Toyota Yaris.
Emily responded to my inquiry, and she was nothing but helpful, kind, and adaptable the entire time. She was never incredibly pushy or seemed to want me to make a decision out of my best interest. She constantly asked me if I had any questions about the vehicle to ensure I had an opportunity to speak about curiosities, concerns, or requests.
I would also like to mention my great experience with Donnie, the manager of the certified used cars. When I noticed there was minor body damage to the Yaris, he immediately was receptive of my concerns and was not condescending, allowing both of us to reach an adequate solution.
A few days after I purchased my Yaris, Emily reached out to me and asked how everything was going with the vehicle.
I know two people who have bought BRAND new vehicles, and they were not reached out to after the purchase. Both of those individuals did not purchase from Audi of Omaha, however, I think it's very telling about Emily and Audi of Omaha as a whole that they reach out to individuals who bought used vehicles and other dealerships cannot even reach out to people who bought brand new vehicles after the initial sale.

Vlad made our car buying experience smooth and easy. He was helpful in answering questions, quick on follow-up and helped us find the car that we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable. The delivery staff and business off staff were also great to work with. Highly recommend Audi of Omaha.

This was a great, low pressure, buying experience. We are not from Omaha but they had exactly what I was looking for. Mark took care of us start to finish and I will definitely reach out to him when I'm ready to upgrade our other car.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this dealership. I bought a vehicle (certified preowned Audi Q8) from this dealership little over a month ago and they mentioned that they would get the title and registration done from their end. My temporary tags are expired and still no appropriate answer from them. Its been more than a month and now they are just sending me the documents and asking me to get the process done myself. I handed over the check at the time of delivery with all the taxes and registration included. I am not in my home state right now and I have a vehicle with me with the expired tags.
No one has a proper answer to the situation of whats going on with the title and registration. Whenever I call, 90% of the times no one answers the call and if someone answers me all i hear back is that they will check on that and get back to me.
Finally got some answers today and they mentioned that there was some problem with the title of the car that I bought from this dealership, so the complete process was delayed. How come they are selling cars when there is no proper paper work on their hand ???
Worst experience and I would not recommend any one going to this dealership unless you want to deal with all the headaches.
I am going to report the same to Baxter and Audi corporate asking them to take necessary action on the dealership.

I am currently having the worst service experience at Audi of Omaha. My Q7 came with a defective seat cover, which we noticed a few months after purchasing the new car. When I brought it to the service department, they blamed it on how I got in and out of the vehicle and refused to stand behind it. After my husband called them, they finally agreed to order a replacement, stating it would take time since it had to be shipped from Germany.
We waited and waited with no updates. Eventually, my husband spoke to someone in the claims department, and they confirmed the seat cover was already there. He was told to contact Doug Adams in service to schedule the repair. I called Doug, and he said he couldn't make the appointment and would have someone else call me. No one did. I left a message for Doug, but still no response as of the time I am writing this review.
The customer service at Audi of Omaha is genuinely disappointing. While I do like my Audi, this experience has soured my ownership, and it will likely be my first and last due to the dealership's lack of care and accountability. I would not recommend buying a car here.

Come see Emily the Audi Nerd. She is probably the most knowledgeable car sales professional I’ve ever dealt with. The timing isn’t exactly right for me right now, but she still spent time with me like I was her number one customer. She has jokes and props and gifts. When the time is right I’ll be back, believe that.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jill Schrum worked very hard to find exactly the vehicle I specified, right down to the color combination. Audi never asked for money to "hold the vehicle," until I was ready to purchase. Jill made 100% certain that I was comfortable with the entire package and experience before we started any paperwork. I'm meeting next week with Scott who's going to assist me with syncing and understanding all the cars features. It was truly what a car purchase should feel like.
And if I didn't already say it, I LOVE the car!

My car buying experience at Audi Omaha was amazing. Kamel was my sales person and he was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. This was my first Audi and he made the whole process easy and stress free. He wasn't pushy, he made sure I was happy with the vehicle. I highly recommend Audi Omaha and Kamel to anyone who's looking for a vehicle. 10/10

We drove from 90 minutes away to look at a 2024 Q5 they had posted online for $49,395. We test drive the car, loved it and planned on purchasing it. We were completing the paperwork when the sales lady talked to the manager and the manager came out and said the internet price was wrong and the car actually cost around $54,000. Needless to say we got up and walked out at that very moment. The sales lady was extremely nice and apologized sincerely. The manager was condescending and rude to say the least. We understand mistakes can happen but not figuring it out until we were ready to sign the papers is ridiculous. Just a huge waste of time and will never go back there.
