Randy and team have taken care of our two vehicles for almost 5 years. We have always received great service at a fair price. However, to show what great service they provide, this what happened to me today. Our truck battery died and once I got a jump start, I called Randy and he got me right in to replace the battery on our 2018 Silverado. Those trucks are notorious for difficulties with changing out the battery. Since there was no way I could do it, plus my husband just had surgery, I was incredibly thankful to Randy for getting it done right away! Highly recommend!!!

I waited 10 days out for a reprogram on my computer I tow my truck to them they told me my truck may not start after this and they will call me before doing everything else they called me and my truck doesn’t start I asked them what can they do for me he said it’s 220 an hour for electrical it can take 5 hours or 8 and I need to reschedule for next week I had to tow my truck back home but I went to college for automotive i just don’t have the for software I got my truck home and had it started in ten minutes they could have done that and charge me a couple 150 more then the 220 I would have been cool with that it was good work but I felt like I was getting snowed on

Been taking our cars here for 15+ years. Best shop full of mechanics in town hands down. They keep us and our autos rolling. Honest fantastic work! A rarity these days!

Been taking all my vehicles to Randy for the past couple years! If you are looking for some to give you a honest inspection and not going to lie to you about something that doesn’t need done, I recommend taking your cars here. They get the work done in a timely manner. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

. If you need a honest, trustworthy auto mechanic, this is the place. A friend recommended them to me and now my daughter also takes her car there. Over the past 4 years they have been so amazing to work with. They get you in a timely manner and then explain exactly what needs to be done. They even told me about a recall on my vehicle that I didn’t know about and saved me thousands of dollars.

Hands down the best car service repair in Omaha! After two frustrating trips to the dealership for brake issues with my Lincoln MKC, Randy and his team nailed it on the first try! My car was back in perfect condition the very next day. Zero issues, top-notch service. Highly recommend!
