Bought a 24k truck from Auto World and my whole front end went out within 10 months of buying the vehicle and costing 5k in work. The warranty they want to offer does not cover things when it is time to. I reached out and all they offered was $100 an hour in their shop to make him even more money.

I absolutely agree with previous 5 star reviews! Jose and manny were great! They made sure to answer all of my questions and made sure I knew the full history of the vehicle. Definitely a place that cares about the customers and is not going to steer you wrong. I was able to get approved quickly and keep my payments in my budget the entire process was very smooth and I absolutely love my new car

My car buying experience was great and I would come here again in the future! There was a small issue with one of the tires of the car I was interested in. They immediately arranged to replace the front tires, no problem.

I would recommend Auto World if you have not so even good credit. My credit is shot and even have a repossession from a bad decision at another dealership. They worked w me with not only my horrible credit, but also w my down payment, got me into a beautiful SUV. Which I needed due to health issues. Go in, speak to Manny. He is very understanding and wants to help. In fact they all want to make sure you are taken care of.

I would be very cautious purchasing from this company. I am in contact with the police and have a fraud claim I’m pursuing. Last year my estranged husband bought a vehicle from here. He had a trade-in that I needed to sign off on since I owned it as well. The dealership took it upon themselves to fraudulently forge my signature on the title.
These are not my signatures and you can tell the same person signing my name signed AutoWorld as the handwriting is the same. I’m extremely upset my signature was forged. I wouldn’t have ever known but my husband died and while settling our estate I came across the forgery.
You should be ashamed of yourself!

Manny is a great sales man was patient with all of my questions he was honest about all minor defects on the AS IS car i bought. made the buying process smooth not once did I feel pressured to buy Jose was kind and gave a detailed explanation of the loan process, warranty ect. Had a great experience getting a vehicle. My credit is not the greatest and I was sure I would get denied. Needless to say they went above and beyond to get me in a car that day. Good credit or bad credit give them a shot. Happy customer here
