I’d had my windshield replaced in September, and I noticed a crack down the middle. I’d texted Glenn right away, and he was able to get my car back in and get it replaced again since it was a manufacturer defect. They even picked up my car and got it done within a couple of days!
I’m absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service provided by these guys, and I will continue to use them for any vehicle glass replacement!

By far worst service I ever had. Told hour to 2 hours max. Called after waiting 2 hours and they say it will be done at 3:30. 4 hrs later it’s 3:30 and my car still sitting in same place I parked it. Ask when will it be done and the lady responded with when we call you. Another 2 hours pass and I finally get call car is done and ready for pick up. After picking up car, I noticed they didn’t put trim pieces back on my rear view mirror. Will never choose this company again.

New windshield installed on my Ford Transit van. Handled through my insurance claim. Friendly people. It was super windy that day so I drove the van to their location to have it installed vs the mobile repair at our home.

Got a rock in the windshield on i-80 and immediately stopped at this shop. It was absolutely EMPTY. All 3 bays.
I stopped in front of the 1st bay to show them the damage and ask if they can fix it.
The tech dude, sitting inside, with his feet up on the tool box started yellimg me something from his spot, without even taking his butt off the chair.
I was like: Do you want to actually take a look at a potential job?
He kept articulating something from the chair, that I could not hear anyways. When I pointes to the windshield for the second time, he finally got up in a very relaxed manner to come to me and tell me that I CANNOT PARK THERE! What?? I am showing you a job, an order for the business you work for! You are supposed to first find out what the customer wants. Then the lady-supervisor (I guess) showed up with the same attitude. She didn't care about anything but to tell me that I cannot park in front of the bay. I want to remind, that all this time I'm standing by my car with the driver's door open.
I was like - YOU DON'T HAVE ANYONE HERE! ALL BAYS ARE EMPTY!
They told me they are waiting for a car to show up... Liars. A car for all three bays??
They ended up fixing my windshield after telling me like 10 different times that I couldn't park there. I guess that was their only concern. And of course there was no other cars there when I departed. I have this whole encounter on my dashcam and will update my review a bit later with the video. Hopefully the business owner will see it and fire y'all. As for me, it was the first and the last time with this business.
