I was extremely hesitant to seek help, as most men are. We have a push through attitude, however I was at my last break where I decided to drive up to Baart and let down my walls. They helped me immediately that very morning and ever since my life has completely changed for the better. Thank you so much, the staff deserves a raise every chance they get!

Guest dosed, director raised her voice at me for asking for info that nursing said they needed. Super unprofessional, guest dosing took 2 hours. My suggestion would be to hire someone more competent of the interpersonal relationships needed to facilitate these services. The other staff were pleasant enough, but they don't seem to know the guest dosing routine needed to effectively guess dose ppl. Nurse was great.

I have been off of methadone for quite a few years, but it truly saved my life.It gets a bad rap, but people do abuse it, unfortanately. These gracious people who work here are a dedicated staff. As a patient here for many years, I saw so many kind acts by staff. If you follow the rules and work the program, it is a great alternative to opiod addiction.Be careful, dont lose your methadone! It is Gov't guidelines NOT to redose Ever!! It is your responsibility to lock it up. If you dont like your counselor, file a grievance, etc.Be a responsible person. Stop sniveling if they dont drop EVERYTHING for you. They are busy. Get your meds. and go. Show up ontime for dosing and counselor appts. These horror stories have 2 sides..I have learned that through the years. Thank God for this service because withdrawels suck! As does addiction. You may say " well, methadone is another addiction". True. But, you can have a normal life, work, and can't be arrested for it. That is my review and advice after 20 years on this program, and now 9 years clean, I am one of the very few that is alive. This is an update. I am still clean and I am 62 now. If you continue to use, you will die. If you know in your heart you are like I was, where I needed a substitute for as long as it took, methadone is an answer. They have Suboxone now, which did not work for me.

Listen I been there for 8 years way to long , my choice , this staff is incredible and I'd like to offer as a recovering addict my advice to all of those who give negative comments because you made mistakes , people have alot to say when there mad and sick but the truth is if you really want help baart is there , they won't turn you away , you have to do that to yourself , and I find in my many years of recovery addicts me being one , tend to blame and have alot to say when they are sick and hurt themselves by there own mistakes but nothing to say when someone genuinely try to help you ... Baart is solid and cares , and my name is Bille , I have no secrets , speak on the truth, because alot of us should see a mirror for self reflection , thank you BAART and your staff, you saved my life

Every faculty member is extremely friendly and helpful... Although this is a new experience for me and certainly a new chapter to get acclimated to, everyones comforting compassion makes it that much more easier to embrace. Experience with Mercy stands out as very calming, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with.

I'm a 25 year user and finally reaches out for help. I was told Stacey was going to call me back in 5 minutes. I waited over 20 and called back at 9:47 am and was then hung up on. Good thing they were there to help. I then called ORLANDO received immediate help.

Best place I have ever been, as a woman she really has everything I need. I've had the facials and makeup done, plus alot of other services done on me. And I even buy my beauty products there regularly. All in all it's a great place for girls period

The methadone clinic is saved my life I do have one bone to pick with them because I take benzodiazepine medication I can't go see my family because I am not allowed any take home meds and I know people who have the same meds as me and they get take home's and I need to go visit my parents. I feel like I am lower status because others in the same boat but some how they are getting treated different than me I would guest dose but it's a 350 mile trip to the nearest clinic and 9they are giving take home's to others how take benzodiazepines they should be treating me the same but if I must go",see my parents I can definitely drive to the hood and score really good heroin so I am not dope sick and I can do things for them e.g. yard work, do what they need done it's not fair others are treated different my parents aren't getting any younger so they really need to reevaluate the rules people in my situation can see loved ones its not like I would be double dosing the xanax and methadone and be wasted in front of my family
