They have 16 self checkout lanes. 8 are ALWAYS closed! Add the that, now, if you have more than 5 items, they have to approve you B4 you pay!?!?!!!?!? Too much competition in town to play that stupid game!

I visited this store yesterday. Unfortunately, I needed to use the rest room. It is a FILTYHY pit. I could not even believe it. For $500 they could have it cleaned and painted. DISGUSTING. When I was leaving a woman heading out to the parking lot at the same time told me she would never return to this store. She had a small cart and it was LOADED top and bottom. She mentioned to 2 employees who were chatting at the register that she could not find a larger cart and they just stared at her. Another example of why this country is in so much trouble. No one wants to work, take responsibility or find pride in working anymore. Bakers used to be such a great store. It is a shame that they have lost their edge.

Transfered to this pharmacy was not told my trulicty was not available got it somewhere else staff is rude I put my stuff in the phone and I still have to talk to someone and repeat everything I entered into the phone. Its not only at this store its all Bakers pharmacies being rood is not cool. Plus when ypur standing there to be waited on they ignore you

I have been using Baker's pharmacy for 15+ years and the service has been great. If there is a delay, they text me and give me a date if it is a prescription I really need. They have a good vaccination service too.

Pharmacy was out of my prescription and did not call to notify me or suggest sending it to another store. Told me to wait a few days WITHOUT MY MEDS until they got more in. Luckily I was able to switch pharmacies and get my prescription.

Poor service. Terrible phone service. Employees and pharmacist give excuses why. Pharmacist told me that the only reason my prescriptions might not be ready as cuz she was the only one there at the time the system picked for me since it hung up on me before I was allowed to pick a time. Decided to take my business elsewhere as of today!

Baker's is more affordable than most other grocery stores in Omaha, but I would not say the produce is the best. They have great meat specials all the time. Go early to avoid the after work crowds and just don't go on weekends.

This is the closest Baker's to my house, so I have a little affection for it. It's small and under construction at the moment, but still fully operational. One plus is that because it's small, it's pretty easy to find the basics. The bakery is also decent. They have good doughnuts at half the price of the chains and the slices of caramel cake they sell are really good. They don't have the selection of a place like Hy-vee or even the larger Baker's in town, but it's a solid store to pick up your staples.

Great selection and friendly, helpful employees. Good deals too. Delicious bakery items. Their Strawberries & Creme Shortcake is scrumptious.

I just transferred all my scripts to bakers on 90th and I must say I am impressed in the manner in which they expedited all my prescriptions making certain that they were correct and calling me to verify same. Bakers staff did a tremendous job thus far and i look forward to having them handle all my prescription needs. Having trust in your pharmacy helps heal! Thank you all!
