Bakers is the worst grocery store in Omaha possibly the worst in Nebraska. They don't sell half the products that other stores carry and the other half is out of stock constantly. If and when they have vegetables in store they are rotten or not ripe. I don't have enough fingers to count how many times I've seen expired dairy products on shelves. Over the past two years I've watched prices skyrocket to the point now that it is cheaper for me to shop at locally owned grocery stores. I will NEVER shop at another Bakers again even though I live 3 blocks away I will drive halfway across the city to shop elsewhere.

1st let me say, the face 2 face customer service here is great for the area. But the wait times to get something that's locked up are out of hand. If you're going to lock something up it shouldn't take 20+ minutes to get someone to service that area. I'm an understanding person so here & there when slammed or understaffed is fine. But everytime, means your regulars like myself are going to find other stores. Which I have. And hate it. Bc I prefer your customer facing service much better. But I prefer getting in & out of the store in a consistently timely manner more. I hope yall can get this sorted out, bc I want Bakers to kill the competition in the area. But it ain't gonna happen when your customers have to wait around, like a toddler waiting for mom to unlock the pantry for snacks - everytime they want to get some alcohol for the drink they worked all week looking forward to.

They stay busy but usually have what we want, and if we ask for nethingvthey don't have they try to get it for us. Very friendly staff good coupons
