I have only shopped at Bakers's a few times, and when I did, I found out that they have amazing produce, and when I was looking for things, I have to say that the isles are a little confusing, but their customer service when they came to help me find some things was great. The store is clean and very safe. I would recommend it to others. Their food is high-quality food the best. I really like going to Bakers. I don't live too far from Bakers so I really do like going there. Their prices are right they're not expensive like some other grocery stores around herein Nebraska, so if you've never been there, I'd say go there. Also, they do have the specials that are like buy four get one free or buy five and save. I don't know they have a lot of different specials and it makes much easier for bigger families I recommend them.

Wow, this place used to be decent but what a joke it it has become. Friday evening there’s like two people working the checkout. Lines of customers, waiting to go weaving through the store. Two poor kids trying to reckon with a very average shopper load; definitely not their fault. Took 20 minutes to check out with just some basics to go home and watch the football game with. The whole reason I chose to go to this location was to get some fuel points and fill my truck up with gas before I go home. Ha, that was foolish! The entire fuel island is shut down. It’s all out of order! Honestly, this place should be bulldozed. I don’t even know how they’re opening up and allowing people to come in.I heard the kid at the register remark that like four people just walked out of the self check out line, just took their stuff and left without paying. Honestly that’s the only thing that would make shopping here worth it.

Made an order for delivery. One of the 12 packs of soda didn't even have a box, it was just 10 cans double-bagged in plastic bags. I checked "no substitutions" but received 3 different substitutions for items that I couldn't even use. I called the store and they told me I had to contact Instacart, even though I ordered at the Baker's site and paid Baker's and the receipt has "Baker's" and not "Instacart" all over it. I called the number and after 5 minutes of various prompts, the call center is closed. So much for customer service. It's bad enough you have to ask for a cashier now that they want everyone using self-checkout. They only care about the money, so spend yours somewhere else where they actually care about customers.

Bakers has always had courteous employees and management. Also reasonable to work with.Usually find all I need!

BUYER BEWARE! Bakers is False Advertising their sale prices. Most of the items in my cart today were listed on Sale by the price tag in front of them on the shelf IN THE STORE. However when I checked out, and after putting in my phone number for their Baker's Discount, the items rang up a different price. Not the Sale Price. Luckily I remembered the price of the last few items I saw rung up. The clerk told me I needed Digital Coupons to get the Sale Price that was listed on the shelf. So I asked the Customer Service Manager and she said the same thing. YOU DON'T GET SALE PRICES AT BAKER'S ANYMORE UNLESS YOU PRINT OUT THE COUPONS FOR IT. EVEN THOUGH THE SALE PRICE IS LISTED ON THE SHELF. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING! Someone sue them! Plus this discriminates against people who don't Internet access, like the elderly and poor. Shame on Bakers! I will shop at Aldi or Fairway or where ever I don't need to go online before going in to the store.

Don't order your cake online. I did and there was no cake when I went to pick it up. The manager said that online orders don't always get made because the bakery staff doesn't always check the email. So for 4 days no one checked the on line order email. I was so disappointed as I needed the cake for a work party. I had to choose one from the case and have a bakery helper refrost it the color I needed. I felt really bad for her. She seemed really stressed about doing that as she is not a cake decorator. It wasn't perfect but she did the best she could. The manager totally disappeared as though he didn't care less. So disappointed ?

Keeping things in stock is an issue here. Good variety of most products and some nice speciality and higher end items. Some ok organic selections. High prices.

Shout out to the online order manager for giving me a $10 credit for inconvenience when one item in my order was wrong. He replaced the item and gave me the credit without me even asking for it.

Not sure who the guy was in the seafood department was but extremely rude and impatient with my mother. She had a concussion so finding words isn’t always the best. I know we all have bad days and I like to give people slack but just extremely rude and rolling his eyes. And as we were walking away I could hear him talking to his coworker about us.

I went to Bakers this morning, Thursday 3-30, had some coupons, went through self check out, the person at self checkout, went and got costumer service to help out with my coupons. Her name was Jamie, she DIDN’T SAY, good morning, she wasn’t nice at all, she gave me a dirty look, said my coupons could be fraudulent, and wouldn’t let me use them, and walked away. Is this how you treat customers. I have never been treated so rude in all my life. I work at Lakeside, I’m a hard working mother, to be treated like that over a few coupons, is horrible!!!!! Your management should ashamed on how you train your staff.

Last Thursday my wife and I were shopping at the lakeside hills store. We had gone separate ways after entering,. I had picked up what was on my list plus a few other items. As I have COPD,I was getting winded and looking for a place to sit. One of your young associates recognized that I was having problems and offered to get me a chair, which I accepted. She then asked if she could get me a cart for my groceries as I had gotten a basket when I got there. After she got that, she helped me get settled out of the way. I sat there and waited till my wife came to check out.I didn't get the young lady's name but wanted the store to know that there are employees there that are aware of what is going on around them and respond in a most helpful manner. I don't know who she was but I wanted the store to know about her and her helpfulness.Larry Jensen

**Grocery Pickup Only - Not In-Store**Definitely felt pressed with my pickup. I was doing a "Shipt" order and I backed into the spot. I called and then a skinny, older lady came out and I got out as she was coming out to help her and I just said "it can go in the backseat" since it wasn't alot and I thought she was going to go to the clear side of my car (I had a small box on the side she went to) so I went to open my side door of the clear side and she goes "it's really busy sooooo..." And started literally throwing and shoving groceries around my box. The box was really small but these aren't my groceries, I had to deliver them and so I didnt appreciate them being put in my car like that. I texted my customer and told them what happened so that if something went wrong , I covered my *you know what*. I get to the house and I saw that eggs were in the middle of the groceries and so I hoped and prayed that they weren't broken but my customer said if they were, they'd call. Not trying to get anyone in trouble or anything, just putting it out there but definitely disappointing ?.

After my husbands car was hit in the parking lot we went to the security department to see if the had video of what happened. They did and described the entire situation to my husband. The lady hit his car backed up, parked in another location got out looked at the damage on her car then went into the building purchased her items and left. Not paying with anything identifiable. The security officer would not let my husband see the video and said they would turn it over to the cops. We called and made a police report. The cop called and they said they sent the video. Only later finding out they had sent the wrong video. They said they have so many hit and runs in there parking lot they can’t even keep track of the videos. The police office attempted to call the store multiple times. But the time they returned his call the tapes had been looped over and the footage was lost. This all happened right before Christmas and we had to spend money on a deductible to get his car fixed. The people in this store were so careless and incompetent that they couldn’t even send the right video. Then basically told us to bad it’s not their problem. They have so many hit and runs in their parking lots and your property is not safe. If someone caused $3500 damage to their property they would surly figure out who it was but we were not given the chance to even get a fair chance at catching the person who it our car. Shop at your own risk. They care very little about your safety or the safety of your property. Also they said there security cameras are curtsey but won’t do anything to help you in a emergency situation. Buyer beware.
