I don’t know if everyone else is happy with this change over with BMO, but I am not! I was told everything would just transfer over, and it didn’t? Let me just say that if you have any questions, you’re better off asking some random person outside, because no one knows what’s going on with everything either? I’ve had my account since I was in high school, and I’m slowly going to close this account, and i can guarantee that others will do the same!

I go to use my debit card cuz I needed money and for 3 days now it keeps saying declined..ugh why is it saying transaction declined for wen I got almost 400.oo in my account..don't make any sense to me like wat the hell is going on ??

Horrible customer service adds fee's with no notification been at this bank since 1979 and more than happy to get away. $30 a month for checking is robbery

I had a complaint against the 24th street location in Omaha - Called the 1800 number waited for 1 hour 12 min was told to file that complaint at my home branch which was the branch my complaint was against - followed up with the assistant branch manager after I emailed the complaint to her - she never forwarded it. There is no accountability for this bank - the staff treats customers horribly and there is no one you can reach out to for help. Calls get put on hold at this location and then they hang up on you, I went in and had documents scanned at the location then two weeks later they don’t know what happened to them. The employees think they are not replaceable and I can see why since there really is no customer care at this location- other branches friendly - helpful- knowledgeable- great customer service

Other people have had bad experiences here but I’ve been pretty lucky I guess. The people working were very friendly and conscientious.

This is the poorest excuse of customer service I have ever encountered. On hold 1.5 hours last week have yet to recieve needed paperwork. Today spent 1.5 hours on hold with no assistance. If you want to become a homicidal psycho the on hold music will do it to you. Even tubelar bells was better than this. I will never take out another loan from this institution.

10 min to get one $50 bill in drive thru. Only one other customer in the next lane. Disappointing.

Policies always changing without notification, locations keep closing so inconvenient, make-up rules as they go, rude tellers with attitude and horrible customer service. Takes forever for simple transactions. Would not recommend and plan on switching.

I'm not a fan of how behind the times Bank Of The West is. It doesn't matter if you use drive through or walk in, you need to plan 20 mins just to make a deposit. It's not the service.. service is A+, It is however the barbaric methods that Bank of The West has implemented. It's extremely inconvenient and obnoxiously burdensome on the staff. I feel bad each time I experience one of their employees getting berated by a disgruntled customer. People, its not the staff its the bank policies and procedures.

Wait time for service is ridiculous! My time is valuable so not wasting it due to insufficient and poorly trained employees. I’ll definitely not be banking at this location any longer. Have accounts at FNB and USB and never have long wait issues.
