One of the worst customer service in this Omaha. i feel bad now why I open business account with this bank .most of the time my card,account got issues when I visit this branch there lobby open but don't have a bankers I need to go always another location.

So I'm waiting first in line before everybody else, the teller comes up and assist the person behind me like that is rude as hell. I'm never going back to this location ever again.

After 28 years at this location and the steady downhill run I'm out. Only one employee showed any concern over the years, Khora. but even she could not overcome the latest 2 week circle jerk/fiasco.Much better interest rates, less charges etc. are elsewhere :(

Went to the bank atm today to get money wouldn’t let me get my money out so chose to go inside but to my surprise the doors locked and no one is allowed inside. Call them and they say they aren’t allowing people inside due to be short staffed ok great now in line to get my own money but I have wasted my entire lunch break to do this and it’s been 45 minutes total and still not helped…. Still in the line waiting as I post this. I am over bank of the west at this point.

This bank closes at noon on Saturday’s. I am a teacher, and it is challenging to make it to the bank as it is open the same hours as my job. I arrived at the bank a few minutes before close and waited in the drive through for over ten minutes. When I pulled up, the woman shut the blinds in my face. I have been doing business with Bank of the West for several years and have never experienced such rude and unacceptable customer service. This location should serve guests that come before close.

Pro Tip: Call their phones to try and talk to a representative. You’ll gets hours of free study/background music with no answer.How many months of “unexpected high call volume” are needed before it’s just expected high call volume?

Literally had an appointment scheduled to set up a bank account. Were told to go to the door and go inside and someone would help us. They then told us to go throught the drive through to set it up. We sat waiting in the drive through for almost an hour just to get up to the window and have them tell us their banker who would set up an account had left. Worse excuse for a bank there is. Pathetic.

Every time I come to the 90th and Maplewood location, the drive through is full and takes about 5 minutes per car. The worst customer Service I have ever seen

Poor customer service closing on the Saturday before Memorial Day and no notice of it. Other banks were open but I guess this bank thinks they are special. They aren’t!
