  My mother and I both bank here. When it was Bank of the West, I thought it was helpful, attentive and had an easy to navigate web site. Now, BMO it is every bit as pleasant and helpful as before.

  Would just like to share my positive experience. Called with questions about a charge on my account and was helped very quickly and professionally by a young guy I think he said Aaron but not sure! 132nd California location 430 ish Jan 17th. Anyways very nice, understanding. His customer service is hard to find these days!... read full comment
