Found what I was there for, found some CDs I was interested in and some good movie deals. Lady at the checkout was rude once I said I didn’t have a rewards program. Didn’t say a single word to me after I said no. Also didn’t say anything to my boyfriend when he checked out after me. Sorry, just moved here and haven’t lived near a B&N since 2017, good grief. I’ll just go to Half Price Books next time I want anything that didn’t just come out.

This is the coolest book store in the metro area. They have any genre of book a person could want. Tons of children's books, Lego sets, journals, etc. The store is huge, and it's kept clean. There is plenty of staff to help if you need assistance too!

Good store, good selection, friendly staff. Coffee shop is not very good at making coffee. They are good at making very sweet sugary diabetes causing drinks but I’d hardly call it coffee

It was busy and when I ask for help he just told me around about where the book was instead of taking me to it.

Saw they had a book I needed in stock. Went to the store to just pick it up myself but was unable to find it among their displays. Went to their little information desk and an employee helped me search. Her system said they had a few copies in stock. While standing there, I just decided to place the 2 hour pickup online order and went home. After 5 hours, we went back to pick it up. They said the books were in the back stock and canceled the order. Extremely frustrating they couldn’t fulfill the order because it required a little extra effort than just pulling it off the shelf. DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE YOU CANNOT ACTUALLY FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROVIDING.

This is a great place to visit for a quiet place to read with a nice cup of coffee. They have an amazing kids section and also a great selection of toys, crafts, and models.
