Everybody was so very nice and very helpful. Really enjoyed going into the store instead of just having it mailed. You always find new things and especially new fragrances coming out. I was so excited to find out and smell one of the new fragrances getting ready to launch. Can't wait ??

I usually have fun hopping at Bath & Body Works! But not at this one.
The music was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier at the back of the store and in the middle of the store I couldn't hear my friend.
I did talk to manager. Who told me corporate wants it loud it creates excitement while shopping. I told her I will NOT shop her store again.
Exciting should be in the music. Not the volume of the music. Possible a communaction and interpretation issue.
If I can't talk to my friend, there is no fun in it for me.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Katrina for her outstanding attention and insight today while shopping for scented candles. An old favorite: Deep Blue Sea wasn't available, and she went above and beyond by dedicating her time to helping my party find the closest similar fragrance in-store. The alternative is an excellent substitute, and we wouldn't have been able to find it so quickly without Katrina's help. Thanks Katrina!!!Also: big compliment to whoever invented the 6-pack carry trays.Such a convenient idea!
