I went to see Hillsong United at Baxter Arena. The place is very clean, the staff super nice and ready to help.

Well planned with easy flow inside and out. Parking was easy, didn’t have to wait long to enter, security and other staff were “Nebraska nice”, all seats had good views. The audio system was clear and sometimes inaudible, that could have been based on our seats. They should look at that.

Nice venue for a concert. Beer prices too steep though.

First time here, went for a concert. Free parking right outside the arena was great! Easy to get around inside, lots of options for food and drinks. Comfortable seats, but no leg room to spare. Looking around, the size reminded me of Pershing Auditorium in Lincoln,NE. Will most likely go to events here again.

I've been here for several concerts and one sporting event. Parking can be tricky to figure out BUT there is plenty of it. I recommend parking on the west side of the arena - no matter event. AND if you think it's going to be crowded, I suggest parking by the UNO baseball field.Seating is good and the place is small enough to feel intimate. Getting to your seat is easy and so is exiting.

Audio was messed up during the entire show. The seating was fine, and there were plenty of concessions. Parking was good, too, but it was likely due to it not being sold out. Workers were friendly.

Terrible venue for concerts.Have been to 4 concerts here now. The first three, the audio quality was horrible. They were a rock concert, a Christian concert, and a country artist. None of them were good quality.Today, we were supposed to go to a concert of 90s artists. The show was supposed to start at 7pm. It's 7pm now and they still haven't opened the doors because the artists are still doing sound checks. It's over 90 degrees outside and the doors were supposed to open at 6pm, so people have been out there since 5:30. We left because my husband got sick from the heat.We will never go to an event at the Baxter again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, we sat outside for 50 mins when doors were supposed to be opened at 6, we were kicked out after trying to go in at 6; once we got into the concert we couldn’t hear anything all the sound was in the front by the stage. Definitely do not recommend going here for concerts. They then refused to give out water for people waiting over an hour in the heat. Someone even passed out while we were waiting. Worst mistake of my damn life. I’ll never go back to Baxter for a concert again. I’m now fighting to get my money back.

8/11/23: 90s concert advertising many entertainers, including Trina. Doors were supposed to open at 6 and concert to start at 7. It was over 90 degrees outside. Doors didn’t open until 6:50 so everyone had to stand out in the heat. People were getting overheated and they said no water could be provided until we purchased once inside. We couldn’t have drinks with us because you can’t bring things inside. Delay they said was due to sound check issues they had been working on since 4pm. Once inside, sound issues still persisted. Everything sound muffled to those not sitting directly in front. There were no screens to look at for those sitting in the back. Then people were told Trina wasn’t going to be there due to plane delays but it was learned thru research she was in Vegas doing a show so now we have false advertising too. We left at 8:10 because the sound was so muffled we couldn’t make out any words. People we stood next to in line said this was their 4th concert at Baxter that had delayed opening and sound issues so they ended up leaving and won’t be back. Ticketmaster won’t refund tickets because the event didn’t cancel. Shame on Baxter Arena for putting on a concert knowing there is a history of sound issues. I feel bad for the entertainers. No wonder the event had so many open seats left because others know not to go to Baxter for concerts. Stick to sporting events Baxter and stay away from concerts. I will never go back there for a concert. We are out over $100 for 2 tickets.

I did not have a chance to view a sporting event or concert at the location. This was for a school graduation ceremony. Parking was no issue for us.The food/Drink was SUPER expensive so I highly suggest stuffing yourself prior to going. Although, I guess high costs for event venues are expected. Lets just say for the price of 1 bottle of water you can almost get a meal elsewhere. The staff and security were very helpful and nice. No complaints or criticism there. The facility was clean and my family appreciated that.

The Jet Award was held at Baxter Arena. Parking was easy to find, based on having access to the secure lot. The club level was extremely crowded, in fact too crowded for my comfort. Once the program started, being on the arena floor was comfortable. The sound system was good, and the video was decent during the program. Celebrities from the NFL past were announced, and the mayor of Omaha made an appearance. Overall, it's a good venue to hold this award ceremony at Baxter.
