Very bad start, I bought a RAM TRX and didn’t feel comfortable with the purchase or service.Do your research and ask to be educated about the vehicle your buying.I expressed my concern and after a bit of struggle, Edwards totally redeemed themself and came through for me. I am now a 100% satisfied customer and would recommend a great vehicle experience with Edwards.I now own 2 Black widows and very happy!Thanks management for coming through!

Beware by false promises. They will take you to the cleaners to line their own pockets. Matt, Laurie and Colin are incredibly great when they want something from you but belittle and don’t take accountability for their actions. I am nearly a month out from my purchase and will risk my credit by returning my vehicle to buy somewhere else.This is my third purchase in less than a year from Edwards…my first two were for my daughter. She picked out a car (that was shown to us by Colin) and we bought it. It needed to be detailed and when I called to check on picking up, I was told I couldn’t buy it because they made a mistake and the person who traded it in could not be contacted. The second car to replace the first was so unsafe that it was constantly in service and I had to pay for my own towing. After service would no longer take it to work on the same issues, I had to buy a new car to be safe. It was an easy purchase but everything I was told about this vehicle was wrong. Please know what you are talking about if you are selling, discussing the vehicle operations and features, financing and otherwise. When the dealership failed to pay the $17 fee, I called and spoke with Colin who told me that he wished he could make things right but TIME MACHINES DONT EXIST. So incredibly unprofessional and such a disgusting disappointment. I hate my car from this experience and would pay way more to get actual service elsewhere.

I wish I could rate this dump a -5/10 because they suck! I bought a 2018 Jeep from here a I can say they genuinely don't care. My salesman did not care about the sale one but, honestly was rude and treated me more like a nuisance. Part of this could be because I am only 19 but that shouldn't of changed how they treated a serious buyer. The salesman knew nothing about the vehicle he sold me. Another thing is they sold me a Jeep with almost no antifreeze in it and when I called to tell them... again treated like an annoying teenager instead of someone they're actually doing business with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!My salesman was Ryan Krause

Devin, Sales and Kelly, Service are the best. Super friendly, ready to help and very nice. My experience was very positive... So positive two days later I took my daughter to Edward's and she bought a Jeep also. The Edward's team was very friendly and many team members asked if we needed anything so we were comfortable!! Bryce in finance was amazing. Laurie Moehring made sure I had drinks, explained the Jeep Wave, and helped explain/set up my Jeep app.. She was so very nice and helpful. I cannot remember the guys name thay helped my daughter set up her Jeep app and explain everything but he was great also. The best part of our experience is Devin, our salesman!! I have bought A LOT of cars in this life and Devin is the absolute best... Always ask for him at the 180th and Dodge location in Omaha, Ne., and you will not be disappointed... Thank you, Edward's..

This dealership was such a breeze and amazing to work with. Shiv was fast, responsive, VERY helpful, and the businessman Bryce made the process extremely simple and transparent. After shopping a couple different dealerships, this dealership was hands down the most convenient and not pushy, I was the pushy one!! Highly HIGHLY recommend Shiv and Bryce. I miss Baxter! They were great! Edwards is not. They cannot even manage to send my Jeep's emails and phone calls to me and my husband's Dodge Ram truck's info to him even after trying to straighten it out several times. They simply are NOT BAXTER!

Veterans beware, this is the most difficult and dishonest car dealer I have worked with in 52 years. The sales person who helped me with the purchase of a 2021 Audi Q7 was Wyatt Renolds. I live three hundred miles from the dealer and they agreed to have it delivered. One of the questions I asked was about the condition of the tires (I knew they would be expensive to replace) he told me they had been replaced and should have several thousand miles left on them. The back tires had some tread left on them; but the front tires were riding in the wear bars. They were the original tires. After taking possesion of the car we noticed that the inside panel on the back left door was coming off. That will cost me $1750.00 to replace, the driver who delivered the car took pictures and told me they would take care of it for me. I haved called several times in the past 3 weeks, they have never returned any of my calls. The last time I talked with Wyatt he told me my Yukon had a scratch on the bumber that they would have to paint. There was no scratch on the bumber when the driver took possesion of it. If you are a Veteran like me or care about Veterans I hope you will stay away from this dealer.

My Service was at 1030am to check and fix my Auto Start/Stop option, so go back to work and Ido not recieve any update on my car until 5pm... That is a ridiculous amount of time to simply check and fix my Start Stop Option, and there was no estimate for when my vehicle would be repaired.

I purchased a Ram 3500 for Edwards Dodge. The purchase experience was amazing from begging to end. I reached out to them via email and was immediately contacted by a sales team member Urbano and Stewart. The entire process was very pleasant. No high pressure sales here. This dealer truly cares about their customers. The team reached out the next day to see if I needed anything and to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions. This is a dealer that goes levels beyond any other I’ve ever purchased from. For that reason Edwards has made me a customer for life!

I am never going back to this place. I had initially brought my Challenger in about 3 weeks ago for a noise in the front driver side. It took 5 days to figure out a ball joint was cracked and needed replaced. I get home and still hear a noise, but now from the passenger side so I bring the car back for another service. They find out it needs a new brake traction kit. I get the car back only to get home to this beauty, a cracked tire with a dent in the rim - same tire with the new brake kit installed on it. I bring the car back again that day. They claimed it was there when I dropped it off the first time. This is a flat-out lie. The communication at this place is absolutely terrible. There is zero accountability. Do not go here.

Overall our experience was good. We had two offers for our trade in from other dealerships. Edwards originally wasn't going to meet it but they had the vehicle I've been looking for so I told them if they could match they would have a sale. They made it happen.I was a little confused by the various people we had to meet with; sales, another guy to go over the vehicle, then finance. I guess I didn't understand their process but not a big deal. Everyone was personable. Our sales person was Nick and he was easy to work with, even took my kids on a tour because they were getting restless. We were there about 3 hours which is a long time but seems to be the norm anywhere.Finance wasn't pushy about adding extra stuff when we declined. I've received email, text, and phone call follow ups. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited.

I do not recommend working with Mitch (salesman). Last week I started the process of car shopping. I was in contact with Mitch and he offered me 16k for trade in value. I told him another dealership offered 18k and I wanted to be at 19k. Mitch told me he’d make the deal if i came in person. I went to the dealership and first thing Mitch said was he’d pull a vehicle to test drive. He was gone for 15 minutes tracking down this vehicle meanwhile I was left standing around waiting. After I test drove, I told him I wanted a few more features in the vehicle. He said he’d go track down the one that had the features. He was gone for another 15 minutes. Came back said it was on another test drive (completely fine). I told him I did not want to waste my time and that i wanted to talk numbers before I cared to look at more cars as he said he’d make a deal I would not be disappointed with. Mitch then disappeared for another 15 minutes. He came back and sat me at a desk then DISAPPEARED AGAIN. This man said maybe 2 sentences to me in person. He knew what vehicles i was interested in, what i was trading in, my credit score, where i wanted payments at and he didn’t have a single thing prepared. At that point I walked outside and asked another salesman to help me because it was very obvious Mitch had no idea how to do the job. From there I worked with Michael who accomplished way more in the first 5 minutes than Mitch did in an hour. I did not end up making a deal due to Mitch lying to me and stating I’d get 19k for my car before coming in. He tried pulling a fast one by having the sales manager running payment options for a 16k trade in. I was eventually able to get them up to 19k, but at that point I wasted too much time with Mitch running around like his head was detached from his body, that I decided to take my business elsewhere. Michael was very personable and obviously knew what he was doing. Mitch on the other hand… clueless.
