Took my company vehicle to them for a simple fix and was told my steering was super loose and I didn’t even know, as well as letting me know there was a recall on an air bag issue. Great service, and dedicated to the safety of their customers. Highly recommend you buy your next vehicle here. Love the atmosphere as well.

Did not rotate tires but was charged. Service agent did not know they weren’t rotated therefore charged me so I’m not upset with him. He did reimburse me. I marked my tires prior, to verify they were rotated, and they were not. I’m not upset about the money but the fact I can no longer trust this dealer’s service dept and will have to find another place and not recommend them to friends and family. Unfortunate since I bought my truck from them and had planned to purchase another there this year. I understand one mechanic does not represent entire dealership. If I question what other service shortcuts go on there, then I won’t be a returning customer unless they speak with me about how this happens and how they will address this from happening again.Update: Manager called and provided cause, reasons and corrections. Did not have excuses and was transparent. I’m satisfied therefore am upgrading my review. Not 5 star since I still need to get tires rotated.

Trying to walk, learning to swim, & buying a new vehicle are all scary things we all do. But with parents holding your hand for each step, friends canon balling into the pool with you, & Anne Marie at Baxter helping find your vehicle options, all scary things can become easy & even fun.I just purchased my first brand new vehicle (Ford Maverick) WITH Anne Marie today. For my entire experience at Baxter, Anne Marie was on my side helping me find what was best for me (not “selling” me). She confidentially answered all my questions about financing & was patient helping with paperwork. She even delivered my truck to my house!

Baxter Ford Papillion is the place to go! This place is immaculate and has excellent customer service. As a first time car buyer they made me feel welcome and secure. I worked with Kyle Wells he made the buying process smooth, easy and fun. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. When a part I had ordered did not come on my new bronco from the factory, he went above and beyond and made it right.I would also like to highlight LODEN in parts & services. He was so polite and professional. He is a 5 star employee, you don’t find many like him anymore. He knows his job and does it well, truly exceptional!These two are an asset to the team. Customer service at its finest! I can not say enough great things about the Baxter Ford Papillon team and my experience! This place got it going on and has made a life time customer! 10/10 recommend!!! Oh and I love love love my Bronco too! Thank you !

I negotiate for a living and I thoroughly enjoy beating someone up on price. But Andy Thompson at Baxter Ford Papillion was awesome to work with when I purchased my new 2023 F150 Platinum. Being a female, I found some dealerships to be condescending about a female buying an almost $80,000 truck on her own; treating me like I didn't know much about them, even though I had a Canyon Denali. Andy was great to work with throughout the whole process and put up with my teasing and sarcasm (and gave it back to me!). He took time to look into and answer my questions about possible after market items, took care of any issues, etc. I already have one friend who's gone to see him, I'm sure there will be more because I know he'll take care of anyone I send... and that means a lot when I'm giving a referral. Great job Andy!

Took my 2016 F250 in for a clock spring recall relates to the air bags. The gentleman at the service desk brought my truck around and when I got in I immediately noticed the SERVICE ADVANCETRACK was lit up on the screen. As I returned to the counter the service representative was already on the phone with the senior technician. This is a definite sign he knew the warning light was on, but was thinking I would drive away and not notice. When I mentioned the light to another service representative he told me they could diagnose it for a fee. I told them the light was not on prior to bringing the truck in but they said diagnostics is the only way to find the problem. After returning home with the truck I watched one you tube video and found immediately what the issue was. I checked the backside of the clock spring where the steering angle sensor is attached and it was non existent. The technician failed to remove the sensor from the back of the old clock spring. They reinstalled the new clock spring without steering angle sensor and returned the truck to me, knowing there was a problem. Since this is a safety issue you would think they would attempt to find the problem immediately. I am very disappointed with the service and will be very reluctant to bring my truck back to this service department. My family and friends are in that vehicle often, and to sacrifice safety in any way is 100% unacceptable.

This is one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. A lot of that is in part to working with JT! He is so patient, helpful, relatable, helps you to the best of his ability and is very knowledgeable! He has been my favorite salesman i have ever worked with and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.
