Every experience is great here, I have nothing but good words for Baxter Ford West Dodge. I have been getting my car serviced here for years & they offer a shuttle if I need it, I have used it a couple times. Other times I’m waiting in the show room which is very comfortable, they offer water & coffee.

They aren't much different than any other dealership at the end of the day, you are a king all the way up until you sign all the papers and the deal is done, they still have not fixed the warranty on my shelves in my van, something as simple as my girlfriend getting her spare key was like passing an act of congress, I guess the moral of the story is don't drive all the way across town just to come here, they don't stand out in any way that makes your experience different from other places, probably not worth traveling for if you have a decent dealership right down the street from you. 1 star is for them acting dishonorable about their own lifetime warranty which they still have not fixed.

Had a recall on my F150. They were able to get me scheduled the same week I called. They didn’t have a courtesy driver available when I dropped it off so they had one of the technicians take me to work. Service advisor was courteous and professional.

I recently had my Ford F-150 serviced at Baxter Ford West Dodge, and I must say it was a stellar experience from start to finish. My service adviser, Ray, went above and beyond to ensure that I was well-informed about the necessary services for my truck.Ray's thorough explanation of the required services gave me confidence in the dealership's commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. It was evident that he had a deep understanding of Ford vehicles and was genuinely invested in the well-being of my F-150.The efficiency with which the work was carried out was truly impressive. The service team at Baxter Ford West Dodge managed to complete the required tasks in a timely manner, saving me both time and inconvenience. This level of professionalism and punctuality reflects positively on the dealership's dedication to customer service.

I loved my experience at Baxter Ford of Omaha! I have been searching for the perfect Bronco for several months in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Inventory was low, they were being sold well over MSRP, and interest rates were high. I decided to expand my search, and I am so glad that I did! Not only did Baxter Ford have a HUGE inventory of Broncos, they were being sold AT MSRP and they were able to beat the interest rates of the dealerships in my area. Although we were out of state, our sales consultant Hunter made the process VERY smooth. He was able to send me pictures of the vehicles I liked and complete as much of the process via phone and text prior to our six-hour trip. When we arrived the majority of the process was completed, and there were no surprises. This is by far the best car buying experience I've had and we WILL be back when we purchase our next vehicle. Even if you're not local, I promise it is worth the drive!

Always a very pleasant experience in dealing with Baxter Torc West Omaha service department. Rusty, my service advisor was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The required service was done very promptly and done right the first time. I have been dealing with Baxter for new cars and service for many years. I’d never hesitate to recommend them for service work. Rusty, is top notch in his job. ??

I just purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 2 door from Baxter Ford West Dodge. Eric did a fantastic job walking me through the purchase and trade in process. Baxter's offer on my trade in was way more than fair which eliminated all my stress. I have been a Baxter customer for 3 decades and I will continue to use them as my go to car dealer. Eric is my "new guy" at Baxter and I highly recommend him and as always Baxter.

The service department is the worst. When you ask for the works oil change That's 128.00 dollars you would think they would add washer fluid or coolant or finish putting the vehicle back together. instead you are paying for less than 25.00 dollars worth of oil and a filter. Save your self the headache just go somewhere else. The service department just car about taking care of there customer's. In the last year I have reached out to the mangers and never gotten a response.I have been a long time Baxter customer, and I would not allow them to work on anyone's car or truck. They have let 2 of my vehicles leave when they were not checked out at all. Just this week I had my daughter drop off her Escape for the works oil change. When we picked it up they said the brakes were good even though the gears were grinding. And when I pointed that out the service person They looked a deer in the headlights. A couple of months ago my sons new truck went in for an alternator. They completed this, and replaced the battery. During this service, they piled old batters in his truck bed and didn't take them out or inform my son that they were there. When my son had to suddenly stop on the way home from the dealer all the batteries went flying forward and slammed into the front of the box denting the box. I contacted Baxter and never heard anything back, and we were left to fix this on our own. What was interesting is that they said my sons truck need a new battery and that was one of the 3 batteries that were left in his truck bed. This battery has a full charge, so it did not need to be replaced and the tech was just padding their work order.SO DO NOT TRUST THE TECHS AT BAXTER. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS WHICH PUTS YOUR FAMILY AT RISK

TLDR: Service advisors will not listen to the accurate troubleshooting and problem statements from their customers and then lie and say they performed the checks that the customer asked for. The technicians doing the repairs couldn't even accurately check a 12V signal, I would not trust them to perform any real repairs to your vehicle and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your servicing needs. (Baxter ford Papillion at least seemed more honest and upfront). My Ford Maverick had a recall for a trailer light issue (23c04). Baxter ford Papillion sent a mobile unit to make repairs on June28th. They stated my truck was not affected and everything worked (recall states all trucks with my package from the dates listed on recall were affected.. but I just found that out after doing my research). I buy a trailer last friday for a cross country trip. The trailer lights did not work. I scheduled an oil change before the long drive and asked baxter ford omaha to look into the lights. I told them about the troubleshooting I did, that there was no power to the trailer running lights, and that the recall repair was most likely the cause. They said they would look into it while my truck was in the shop. Appt was at 10am. They called me back the same day around 2pm saying my truck was ready, I asked if they fixed the trailer light issue, they said they never looked into the lights issue. Then they had to keep my truck over night since they couldn't get to it that day. The next day they call me saying my truck is ready and all works perfectly, they found zero issues. I said that is not possible since I verified that the 12V power was not present at the 7pin connector for the running lights. They said they tested multiple times and all was good. I asked if they verified that the recall was indeed completed and asked if they could check physically for the missing wire that should've been installed. They said they did and it was all correct and it was an issue with my trailer (a brand new trailer that was tested at the trailer store). The advisor Rusty assured me that it was not my truck and that the "trailer light testing device" was very accurate and that my lights worked just fine" after I made it clear that it was the truck and that is was almost 100% due to the recall not being performed. At this point I was questioning my abilities to perform simple voltage checks. So I say okay, maybe it is an issue with my trailer and they bring the truck back to me while I am at work. When I got home and tested it, no power for the running lights. I then took apart my fuse wiring harness that had the missing wire and took pictures of the wiring harness proving the power supply wire was missing (recall 23c04 is supposed to replace). This morning I called them over 12 times. I asked the service front desk person to let me speak to a manager or advisor. She stated repeatedly that they were in meetings. They never called me back. I have been driving with a un repaired recall for months because the technician does not know how to use their own tools. Today I was fortunate enough to get ahold of baxter ford papillion (even though they messed it up in the first place) and they were very polite, upfront, owned up to the mistake after I told them what had happened and that it was an urgent repair for my traveling. They were able to complete the repairs. The only thing I will say about that location, is that I made the technician on arrival test my truck lights in front of me, and he also, incorrectly used his own trailer light tester. Luckily I brought my own meter to show them zero Volts and the photos of the missing wire and that it needed the recall to be completed. I don't understand how both shops incorrectly checked a very simple 12V signal for a total of 3 times (the mobile unit in June, and then yesterday and this morning). If they are unable to perform tasks as simple as that without making mistakes, I don't know how you could trust them to perform any repairs on your vehicle, I suggest you look els

I arrived a few minutes early and got checked in quickly. I had scheduled an oil change and I had a coupon for "the works". I also had a coupon for a free car wash. It took about 30 minutes for the work to be completed. After being shown an itemized list of what had been done I asked about the condition of the tires. A separate sheet was printed out. The rear tires were rated at 6/10. I asked how soon I might need to replace the tires and I was told "before winter". I was surprised that I had to ask to receive this information.I paid the bill I and was walked over to my car and immediately noticed that it hadn't been washed. The customer service representative got in my car and drove it over to be washed. So quick service but I feel that I should have been told about the condition of my tires. And someone needs to check that cars are washed.

After an unfortunate accident my old vehicle was totaled and I was on the search for a new car. I had decided I wanted to see about getting an SUV and found an option at this location. Eric was the one who was helping us and he was more than happy to help me on this search. We realized the first car was a little small for me and he happily looked through the Baxter inventory to help me find the right size vehicle. Now I wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle that day, but he showed me this wonderful Subaru and I fell in love immediately. This poor salesman spent 4 hours with us at this point, but he wasn't giving up and it paid off. He made the entire purchasing process really easy and helped settle my worries about being approved or not. 10/10 service and I will gladly be going back to see this location and Eric in the future for anymore vehicles.

Austin was amazing! Answered all my questions and got me a great deal! It was so easy because Ford works with my bank and I was pre qualified b4 I even went in to look at cars. I was at the dealership maybe 2 hours as unlike b4 when u spend an entire day at the dealership! My advice: get pre qualified with ur bank and go see Austin at Ford on 180th and California st in Omaha Ne!!Thanks Austin!!
