About Benson Community Garden
Founded in 2010, the Benson Community Garden provides space for individuals and families to grow fruits and vegetables for their personal consumption. There are 36 plots available for rent. In addition to the garden plots, the space features the “Earth Stage” for live performances and educational offerings. Our mission is “…to strengthen our community by providing an urban agricultural space where individuals and families can come together to grow farm-fresh foods, share tools and resources, and learn about gardening and nutrition.” HOURS: Sunrise to Sunset Daily Visitors welcome to browse and relax in the space, but PLEASE NO PICKING of fruits, veggies, or flowers.
