Kim and Conor are simply amazing! I can come to them with any question and always get a prompt answer in a courteous manner. They have changed our way of interacting with the public with the creation and maintenance of our website. They send training videos so I will always have something to fall back on. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. You can't go wrong with these 2. They are simply the best! These 2 were also there when my wife and I lost our 2 year old daughter. It's not just about business with them, it's also about people! You can't say that about every company. We met through them building our website, but they are such wonderful people that they make sure you are doing ok in your life. Truly remarkable people who will do everything in their power to make your day brighter!

I can't express enough what INCREDIBLE humans Kim and Conor both are! They have been helping me since May of 2022 after I had a bad experience with a bigger SEO company out of New York. I just started my business in February of this year and since then, they have done a total revamp of my entire website and have helped me tremendously with SEO!Not only have they helped set me up for success, but they have educated me as well. I have learned SO MUCH from them this year! I started my business hardly knowing anything as far as how things work with a website, and they have truly taken the time to help me. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND all the time for me! From getting on video calls when I need more education and updates, to writing incredible blog content, and more. I have had several web sites built by Big Red and they all have turned out absolutely great. We now have Big Red handling our SEO and also very impressed with the results. Highly recommend
