The younger sales gal was negative when I asked questions about my products I was purchasing, instead if asking a manager 1st. She acted as if my questions were a burden. Remember I am the customer. I wasn't happy that when I purchased a lamp, the store couldn't tell me if it worked properly. They said it didn't come with a light bulb. But yet they put batteries in a toy to test it? This is contradictory.

They didn’t even look through my clothes, and then said that they smell like smoke, when we live in a non smoking home. I will be taking my business elsewhere, but I don’t recommend. Seemed a little prejudice if I’m being honest, especially since most of them were new, and freshly cleaned. The cashier also smiled in my face like it was funny.?

Store is always full of people and it's tight and crowed, toy selection is always bare or uninteresting.

Just like everything else prices here have really gone up!! A lot of the prices on name brand shorts were only a few $$ cheaper than you can get them for brand new on sale at other stores.

The staff at these locations are horrible. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They refuse most items that are a year old and barely used. Beware they will steal your stuff!

Everyone please keep tabs on your items when you go to sell them. We were told that our clothes where past the manufacturer year to be sold I'm like OK that's fine. Told my wife she thought it was weird but OK no big deal. We'll I took are 2 youngest out to the car to go sit while she finished shopping for our kids. She came out ti the car and noticed all of our shoes we had taken in where gone along with winter coats and summer and spring dresses were all missing. The lady said there was a mix up and offered us $10 for all are items. Keep in mind winter coats were only 1 year old paid $40 a piece brand new dress boots and snow boots payed a
good amount for them to be offered $10 but to steal these things to resell for basically a strait profit Heck no. You lost our business and opened our eyes to see how you rip off people

I'm a big resale shopper, as my kids interests change often and it's nice to find unique toys that are inexpensive and gently use. It's smaller than a few other retailers, and the parking isn't ideal but it's definitely worth sifting through to find hidden treasures.
