I'm a big resale shopper, as my kids interests change often and it's nice to find unique toys that are inexpensive and gently use. It's smaller than a few other retailers, and the parking isn't ideal but it's definitely worth sifting through to find hidden treasures.

We have utilized B2B resale several times and have been very pleased with their buy back programs. They have bought several toys and clothes from us all for reasonable prices. Their selection process is fairly simple: drop off items on the given sale days (Tuesdays or Saturdays for this location), return by 5pm to pick up the remaining items/money for purchases. That's it! The value we received has always been about what we expected, given its used items. Our oldest son always enjoys looking through the "treasures" he can find after we sell something to then purchase back something else. The quality of products they sell are always great quality. We'd recommend B2B for a second hand store any day!

Stopped in quickly to see if I could get my daughter some fall shirts… The employees were outside, smoking so then the entrance just reeks of cigarettes. Since we had to walk through them in the entrance to get inside, I just felt like we smelled like smoke. I know it's secondhand clothing, but I just don't want anything when you walk into a children's clothes business and it reeks of cigarettes. Came for the second hand clothes, not for the second hand smoke?

Second time in a row that I shopped here and was charged for items that never made it home with me. This time my kid is super disappointed, and I can't even make it up to him.

I have been a buyer and seller here for many years but unfortunately the last three years the owner has become greedy and rude. The last six months I have had four horrible experiences. She will offer less than twenty cents an item for brand new items with tags. I drive 45 minutes to this location where a buyer told me she would pay a dollar twenty-five per item if they were name brand new items. Just to spend three hours in their location counting my items. With the owner and buyer continuously back and forth with no wiggle room and continuing to lessen my offer. With over 350 items she offered me an extremely and insulting offer. Trying to explain that although the clothes were new most of them would go to the dollar store at the end of the plaza. I highly doubt this. After almost four hours I finally had to accept whatever it is was because she knew I had to get back to Plattsmouth to pick up my children. And I didn't even have the time to take all my items back. Needless to say that I will not be back to buy it sell anytime soon. ?

My boyfriend and I brought in 2 large trash bags full of good condition toddler clothes & after 1 hour of sorting through them, he politely asked the manager how much longer she estimated it would take. we weren’t in a hurry nor did we appear annoyed, we were simply just curious as we had our baby with us. without answering she brought back both bags, tossed them at his feet and said “we don’t want anything sorry” and walked away mumbling under her breath. I found that odd considering most of the racks had out of season, stained clothes and out of two large bags that no name brand summer items of ours were taken. throughout the hour of standing waiting patiently for our items to be looked over, we both noticed the workers along with the manager at the front glancing our way & whispering with their hands covering their mouths. It felt very racially motivated coming from the manager & that’s the first time we have experienced anything like that. I have religiously shopped at another location for years but unfortunately after this experience at the Maple location, I don’t think I will be returning and I surely will no longer be recommending B2B to any families that move in base housing as I have been doing for years. Very disappointed…

This place I like. The only thing that I didn't like was you have to wait an hour. They gave me a number. Never called me. In the long run they took most of my things.

They offered $13 for a box of 80+ summer newborn clothes that are no more than 2 years old. everything out on their floor is OUTDATED. What a joke. plus i stood and watched them dig my items out from a bin they mixed in with other stuff assuming i was going to agree to that price. i asked if all my stuff was there as it seemed mixed in and she said yes but i don't believe it.

I love this place! My child is an only child, so there aren't any hand me downs, but coming here makes it easier for us. Especially when we have to renew full wardrobes twice a year. Yes, we are going to have a tall kid. The stores are always kept up nicely, and there are plenty of options for any size or season.

I am a serial customer. I love that they started in Nebraska. I have been clothing my kids from the Papillion and other branches for at least 7 years. I have 6 kids. I will probably be shopping here for my grandkids as well. Prices are excellent. Stock is top notch for a second hand store. Well over Goodwill and Salvation Army quality. The staff is the best!
