DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES from boost mobile stores, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned - under any circumstances. Staff will not tell you that accessories are non-refundable and they will throw your receipt away. Terrible customer service, as usual, from Boost. They really put the BOO in Boost at this location.

Went in for a new screen protector and they tried selling me one that was too small for my phone.One of the ladies behind the counter tried 4 different phone brands before deciding the one she picked was "big enough" for my phone even though it was obviously way too small. She then tried charging me $25 for it.

Went there with a friend because her phone was messing up. They said she only needed a new sim card. Got there and new sim card crashed her phone. The woman that was helping her then tried calling tech support and was on hold for well over 30 minutes. Still didnt talk to anyone. They started calling other stores to see if they can help. In the end. We ended up leaving with a phone that completely didnt work. Had to buy a new phone. The staff was helpful but the long wait for a phone that sim card broke was the downfall to that situation.
