The representatives do NOT know what they are doing. They give multiple stories and do not honor the things they say. They give an attitude when called out for changing their story.

One of the worst service providers out there at the moment, run!
I have been a customer of theirs since 2017, when I was still with my mother on her plan before I took over the payments for it. Over the past 3 months, Boost Mobile downgraded the servers significantly. They are having numerous issues with call dropping, no texts going through or being received by your phone, and not even the slowest internet connection is able to come through.
I have been in there and they told me every time that I must pay for a new month entirely to get set up on a "Old Server" that has better connection... Why am I not getting the plan I paid for in the first place. Why do I have to pay an additional set up fee. Why are they constantly trying to get me to upgrade to a new phone that is EXACTLY the same as mine for a 170$? Because the company has become money hungry and no longer deserve business. I'll find somewhere else.

Areli was fantastic! She had my new Moto watch synced with my phone in less than 3 minutes. This is my favorite Boost location. I've always had excellent customer service.

Luis was very polite,he helped me switched from my old carrier to boost! After I was told by a different store that I wouldn’t be able to, he made it possible, answered all my questions and was very professional. He really deserves a raise!

Best Boost Mobile Store I have ever seen. They have all the phones in stock. I called about 10 stores around the area and also had the best prices for all of them. I purchased 3 phones and great prices on accessories. I will be going here from now on. Thanks Maria and Ada ??

Do not go to this place, very bad service, they provide despotic and incompetent customer service staff. Truth (Adamaris)!!!!!
They made me return to the place twice and call to solve something that the lady forgot and even then it was not to apologize, her excuse was that it was full of people because she was alone.

You won’t be greeted or acknowledged until you spend about 15 minutes in line .. after that they tell you it’s about to be 30 minutes to an hour more? rude employee’s.
