Best Boost Mobile Store I have ever seen. They have all the phones in stock. I called about 10 stores around the area and also had the best prices for all of them. I purchased 3 phones and great prices on accessories. I will be going here from now on. Thanks Maria and Ada ??

You won’t be greeted or acknowledged until you spend about 15 minutes in line .. after that they tell you it’s about to be 30 minutes to an hour more? rude employee’s.

Thank you to Leslie and Kim for making a bad situation for my daughter at school an easy one to fix! Not only did they go above and beyond w patience, they cared about her situation by being very kind and friendly! This location has been my top go to cell phone location that I have had contact with. Thank you again to you both! And Thank you to the manager too, he was great too, didn’t catch his name... but, he helped us out by turning a negative into a positive. Thank you!! Great customer that you don’t find everywhere!

This is the best, most up front, straightforward and out of this world customer service i have ever experienced. Especially from a cell phone provider. The young lady who helped me switch from another company who i had been with for years, was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She had me setup with a new phone (that actually has GREAT reception & works) a new phone plan, all my information switched over out the door in less than 30 minutes!!! Loved it. I am sorry I waited so long but i am super happy with the savings i have now and to come.

Rude worker seemed inconvenienced by me asking her how the phones work and the difference.It was ten minutes before close so I told her I wanted to ask a few questions to see what I wanted to buy.I asked her what the difference between the Samsung and IPhone were and she said just the systems.She acted like it was in appropriate for me to have her further explain as she was partially inattentive.I told her I pretty I much just use Snapchat, Internet, and Facebook messenger.She says it doesn't use Google Chrome it's something I don't know what it is. I delved more repeatedly trying to have her share more instead of the most basic generalizations. She seemed ill-equipped to carry on a conversation about how the phones worked.I even tried to help her sell it explain how I as a customer need to understand the products so I can decide. It's sad because I have been with boost for so long and since I am month-to-month I'm forced to open up my options because of this bad experience.I recommend boost train their representatives and/or seek out candidates who would be willing to explain their products to help someone make a purchase or at least be open to coaching.It could help because I have thus far seen the value in a cheaper phone but as I am learning more/wanting better quality, etc I am more open to other options.A good rep would have easily gotten me something I would be happy with.I should be walking out with a sick PIFed iPhone but now I'm still stuck with my cracked Coolpad.Oh well now she helped me open my eyes and be with a company that will care enough to at least explain their products instead of someone who has no mask who is already checked out for the day.I wished her the best of luck and she wished me luck too lol...I'm SURE I will find someone who wakes up in morning and has a purpose to their day and sees value in making someone else's day better pretty easily.

Rude Service you walk in and they don't greet you , and when they do they are too busy watching their phone as they do they always have a rude attitude towards you. the customer service it's self sucks here .. you hear the two girls talking gossip instead of helping a customer out.

I was a Verizon customer for almost 20 years, and my cell phone bill kept getting bigger, and their customer service kept getting more, & more rude. I switched over to Boost Mobile almost 2 years now. My cell bill is only 1/3rd of what I was paying for with Verizon, and plus I have unlimited data on each phone...... No sharing data, and getting charged for "going over" Boost is best!
