The guy with long hair just need to work on his hair nothing else, so rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and very racist. He didn’t help completely to transfer from Verizon to Boost, and said, it’s his own business and have the power to do not work any time he want. Never seen any one in the customer service like him. Then called the Boost customer care, and recommended to have Wifi connection, but he ignored her too and said do not want to provide Wifi connection as well since he is not currently on Boost, really don’t know how he got hired with this all attitude. Hope the manager pay attention.

I have always had excellent service at this Boost Mobile location. The employees are kind & courteous. They acknowledge you when you enter the store. They answer any & all questions, & call for assistance if they need help. I am really happy with the service. I wasn’t sure how it would go, I was a Virgin Mobile customer & change is not always good, but I am a happy customer. Thank you for your kindness.
