If your looking for a new phone company. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN from here!!! They don't tell you that you might be put on one a low end service. They don't stand behind their product! Your calls will drop, cut out n their customer service is horrible!! Antonio is nice. But just as oblivious as the rest of the staff!! Don't let him fool you. Go anywhere other than boost!!!!! Happy holidays. 😡

The service is good but the customer service is terrible. The two stores nearest me are never open and the super cheap monthly rate is ONLY for new customers. I can't get it unless I cancel my account and get a new phone number on my new account. I will change my service provider before I change my number, which I have had over twenty years.

The best Custumer service in the world . The gentleman in this location was outstanding I think He must be the General manager. Walking in was welcomed with quality of service in 10 mn. Thank you for all you do!
