I love very close and frequently stop by. The only complaint I can think of is a few times there have been long lines with not many cashiers (who have always been very friendly)

Don't go in the bathroom, hard to breathe in there. This place is pretty nasty. Even a touch of mold smell. Pizza was looking old in the warmer.

This place is disgusting. The women’s bathroom toilet paper dispenser has been broken off of the wall for over a year.

Bathroom is small,dirty and ran down. No wonder kwik star builds right next to caseys. Much nicer stop at kwik star

Cleanliness matters. The women's bathrooms were horrible. Trash cans overflowing, trash on floor, feces on 1 of 2 stools. It hasn't been cleaned in some time.
The person at the checkout was friendly, but who is in charge of cleanliness?

Do not stop at this Casey's. Men's bathroom urinals full of urine. Foul smelling. Both restrooms and store looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned. Please report to Corporate 🤢🤢

Me and a buddy came in to buy some energy drinks for the drive, immediately when we walked in the lady up front said register was down for updates and it could be up to an hour before it comes back. Went back to our car and we see another guy walk in to see if he got told the same but no, he got his beer and drinks, checked out just fine and it didn’t seem to be a problem for him. Terrible service but I don’t know what I expected from a Casey’s in Springfield at 3am. Should have just stopped at the QuikTrip up ahead. If I could leave no stars, I definitely would….

No surprise there is 2.1 average google review score here. Manager female yelled at me for not moving my car to allow the caseys semi truck to pull up across all the parking spots, ADA included, to unload merchandise. This place sucks

Most disgusting restroom I have ever been in 4 employees up front. Only one checking out customers the line had at least 20 people in it.

Never anyone at the register, I come here frequent.. sometimes gotta wait forever for someone to ring me up. Today set me off as the black man working rang up items and leaned forward and coughed in my face and literally felt it. So rude and disrespectful. Never coming back!

Very bad service. I tried to purchase a pizza but I been call all the curse words. Just stay away from it. They will cause you more stress than anything.

Every Caseys you go to has broken pumps, or out of paper at pumps so u are forced to go inside and stand in line for receipt. Caseys has severly went down hill in last couple of years. I avoid when possible. I would thinl ownership would have a higher standard
