I recently visited Brakes Plus because I was hearing a squeaking sound when braking. Three weeks ago they replaced my rear brakes, but the sound continued. I was extremely busy and didn’t get a chance to follow up, but Brenden actually reached out on his own to check if I was satisfied with the service. I explained the issue, and over the next couple of weeks I returned twice, but the shop was short-staffed and couldn’t check my car.
Today I finally brought my car in again, and Brenden went above and beyond. He arranged a ride for me so I wouldn’t have to wait, kept me updated, and personally inspected the car. He discovered that the front rotors needed to be replaced, even though the pads were fine. I was shocked at the potential cost, but he reassured me that he would take care of it — and he truly did. When I came back, everything had been handled at no cost to me.
Brenden’s professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers are outstanding. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into exceptional customer service. I am truly grateful for his help and highly recommend him and this location.
P.S The brakes are working quietly now. No more issues.

Wish I could do 0 stars.. im so annoyed. I scheduled an appointment about 2/3 days in advance for 9am. Came in at 9:01 and there was absolutely no customers in there and still was sitting for an hour with my 3 year old. My vehicle was NEVER even touched. This is such a huge inconvenience for me. I missed another appointment waiting on this one after the counter guy said it could be a 45 minute wait there was no movement whatsoever. Im so disappointed and will never be back. This was the reason I set an appointment in the first place. If there was issues there should have been a notification of some sort or reschedule. So unprofessional. Its not my fault there was one mechanic or whatever the issue was. I had a scheduled appointment meaning you guys knew i was coming and still just let me sit. For absolutely nothing.

In less than 24 hours Jeremy, Taylor, and Brandon fixed all four brakes and rotors, full power steering setup, rack and pinion, re-alignment, and oil change. Very fast and friendly. Would recommend

I went there to do the full inspection for my car.
They told me about 2 major things up to their diagnosis plus one which is recommended to do. I will be precise with my words because that’s what happened. I paid more than $800 where I confirmed with them is there any other issues? They said no any other issues.
I left the place but still after paying that money still have the same issue. I came back, I asked them to check what they fixed then they told me about other issues. I asked them why did not you address before and why did you change those parts where I don’t need? But no answer. Even the justification wasn’t accurate or confident.
I replaced parts by other parts where no need for them, and still having the same issue.
How would I know if the replaced parts where needed or not where still having the same issue!!!
Very bad experience.

Last Friday 10/17/25 I Brought my 2006 Cadillac Escalade to brakes plus location on saddle creek for my breaks , The guy comes back he says “its leaking break fluid and my break lines are completely rusted it’s going to cost 2,200$ I suggest you fix front and back break lines” first of all my truck has no leaks and I’m knowing that so I take my truck else where they say “your break lines just need to be tightened and I don’t see any leaks”. I’ve been loyal to breaks plus for years I’ve spent thousands with them !!!and sadly I don’t think I’ll consider doing business with breaks plus ever again
