This was our first experience with Sean and Brakes Plus, and we would absolutely choose them again. Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took what started as a very stressful situation and made it feel manageable by explaining everything clearly and checking in with us throughout the process.
He and his team worked hard to make sure our repairs were finished within the timeframe we needed, and we could tell they cared about doing the job right. It's rare to find a shop that makes you feel supported and respected, especially when car trouble hits out of nowhere.
We walked away feeling relieved and grateful, and our car is running great. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to take your vehicle, Brakes Plus with Sean is the place to go.

Called and was told I could bring my vehicle in to have a brake is section completed right away even though they were very busy…upon getting my quote it is work that needs to be done but beyond my financial means. Dan, the manager, came out and spoke with me and took care of me and my families immediate needs without even thinking about it. The friendly staff and compassionate service I received was very refreshing as customer service like this just doesn’t exist these days. They have earned my business for life for what they did for our family today; I didn’t have to choose between food on the table or brakes in our vehicle and I will forever be grateful for today’s visit and Dan’s willingness to help out.

Dan is the MAN! Thanks to him and his crew I was able to get my car into the shop within the hour after I called. I was well overdue for a wheel alignment and very happy that they were able to help me in a timely manner. Just a couple hours later and I was back on the road! First time at Brakes Plus and it definitely won’t be my last! Thanks again to Dan and his crew!

My personal experience at brakes plus with Dan with tremendous! He explained everything throughly and informed me about the work that would need to be done to my car before beginning to work on it! I would definitely recommend coming and giving Dan a chance!
