Arrived at 10:05 and checked out at 10:25 not once did we (two adults and a child) get greeted or asked if we needed help. We mainly stood at the glass cases in front of the three employees. The employees just talked amongst themselves about hoping to get pink eye, eating fingernails and finals. Also noticed there was birthday party arriving and they were not greeted or shown where to go either.

KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY SUGGESTION!! ?.We just left Bricks & Minifigs off 132nd & Center. I’d never been there before and found it while searching for a party spot in town. Thank goodness! They have a party room, they host it, decorate it and they were patient with 15- 5&6yr olds. Each kid got a mini figure and a chance to play and build the whole time. If you have Lego loving kids… this is seriously the place!.Pic of our kids & the owners daughter, Faith, who was our party host!

Every sealed set is marked from retail, unlike any other Bricks and Minfigs I've ever been too. In the past 3 months there hasn't been any new starwars used sets and stock on everything is thin. I used to be a regular customer but not after the last 3 times I've been there.

The guy behind the counter was fairly rude. There was a better way to tell someone that he just didn't want to bother with cleaning and reselling. Lowballing 3 people that came in with pieces/builds. He only offered $100 for a bowser set because it was dirty and no instructions. At my local bricks n Minifigs, they take sets all the time and sell it as incomplete. I was here for Brick Days at the MidAmerican Center and was taken aback with how little the selection of pieces there were.

We live nearby and come in pretty often. The new sets are definitely a little pricier but every time we need a random little piece to finish something we are able to find it. Most recently we needed two of a really tough to find piece and the owner, the staff and even other customers searched the bulk until we found them. They also went above and beyond to help us find a set for our 5 year old for Christmas. Everyone we have dealt with is obviously passionate about Lego and the customer service definitely makes it worth paying a little extra.

Never been in a B&M. Now I get why my grandson talks about the one where he lives. He was talking with us and said he needed a few pieces, that he hadn't found where he lives.Let's face it. LEGOs never get old! If you could get governments and world leader's to set down, build LEGOs...... A lot of hostilities could be settled. And, if they couldn't find the right piece to put together, they could go to a Brics & Minifigs location and find it. Raking through those bins, with thousands of pieces...... It's quiet peaceful and fun

I made a 2 1/2 hour trip to Omaha to get some mini figs last minute. I called when I was close because I knew I'd be close to closing time. They were absolutely amazing in staying open a little late for me to get my mini figs, and they didn't once try to rush me out the door. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating.

I was really disappointed in the staff. There were only two people working, but both were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the course of our visit. We don't live in the area, so I thought the experience would be fun for our young son, but he left feeling quite underwhelmed. Hopefully other Bricks and Minifigs locations are better.

Kids working there are rude and impersonal. Not a fun place to be or shop. We have given them several tries and they are just not nice.
