I made a 2 1/2 hour trip to Omaha to get some mini figs last minute. I called when I was close because I knew I'd be close to closing time. They were absolutely amazing in staying open a little late for me to get my mini figs, and they didn't once try to rush me out the door. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating.

I was really disappointed in the staff. There were only two people working, but both were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the course of our visit. We don't live in the area, so I thought the experience would be fun for our young son, but he left feeling quite underwhelmed. Hopefully other Bricks and Minifigs locations are better.

Kids working there are rude and impersonal. Not a fun place to be or shop. We have given them several tries and they are just not nice.

My sons love this place so much. We know we can go to Target to get some of the same kits for the same price but they love the environment! We support small businesses <3

My husband is a regular at this store, and comes in with our boys often. Usually, the employees are very pleasant and helpful. That was not the case today. We came in together, and my 2 year old was excitedly looking through the glass at the mini figs. As we were looking, an employee, Peter, took one look at my 2 year old and obviously rolled his eyes. I asked him if there was something was wrong, to which he replied "no." We moved on, then Peter made a comment about him touching the glass. He wasn't hitting the glass, he wasn't misbehaving, he was excited. Here's a thought, Peter. Don't like kids? Maybe you shouldn't work at a toy store.Response: I would like to see these surveillance videos, and make sure we're seeing the same thing.

We hosted a birthday party for a group of 3rd graders! Our host Chris was wonderful with the kids, kind, and extremely helpful! From calling to set up the party (I ask a lot of questions) the pre-party phone call to review and discuss details, to the party itself everything was perfect!I was a little worried the 1.5hours would need some additional activities to fill the time, but the kids had no problem migrating back to the build tables repeatedly to create something new! Lots of laughs and the birthday boys had an awesome experience! Thank you!!

The employees are kind but the prices are out of this world. I understand you are a small business but buying Legos at wholesale and selling $10-$20 over retail is absurd. As I overheard from one the employees, retired sets are sold using Amazon as a price point when they should be using Bricklink. Used loose pieces are also crazy high, $8 for a 16x16 plate? I can buy it brand new from Lego for under $3. After being refused at the counter for an over flowing cup of loose pieces I will never be back again. Maybe next time if you wanna make the sale just charge extra fee for an over flowing cup.

Prices are often lower online, especially for bulk BUT - I like having a local option for bulk pieces and I like being able to go in and pick out exactly what I need. Lots of minifig options including build your own.

Since the owner requested I expand my review, the polite, well mannered, employee needs a shower. The smell was really bad. The store was okay, pricey, but it is a small business and worth it to not pay walmart. Well lit, and nicely organized. Unfortunately the smell was overpowering.

Tonight my son and I decided to visit this store. Before we headed to the store, we looked up the hours on their website which said they are open until 8. We arrived at 620, the front door was open. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an extremely rude man with a pinytaok. He said they were closed. My son tried to apologize stating the website said they would be open until 8pm. This dude decided to just go all out rude and told us that Facebook shows 6 and apparently a few other places show 6. We hadn't noticed the store hours sign when we walked in. After all, the door was open, why would we think they weren't open? How many people actually check multiple sites to check hours? And why would anyone think the store's own website would be wriong? This was a terrible experience. we will t be back. And I will tell others to stay away if this is how you treat customers. An innocent mistake on our part, but lock your door if you are closed, AND update your hours on your OWN WEBSITE.

When visiting the store this past Friday, my son saw a star wars figure he was interested in. His birthday coming up, I decided to try to sneakily buy it for him - the employee helped me ring it up and stealthily handed it to me - and my son was none the wiser!Everytime we go there, they are helpful and friendly!
