The worst place I’ve ever been too. Thread all over the ground every single time, dirty! They make me bleed almost every time, pretty bad too and they are sooo rude! They are either talking on FaceTime, the phone, or to each other while they do your eyebrows, but never you unless they’re trying to insult you in order to try and guilt trip you into an upsell. I have been there many times and tried to justify why it’s ok, but it’s not! Many times they are obviously talking about you in another language or about somebody else who just walked out the door. I will NEVER go back again

I read a lot of the negative reviews and was surprised because I have been going here for over a year to get my eyebrows threaded. The two ladies that work there have always been polite enough, some comments I see are about their customer service. When I get my eyebrows done, I know I am only paying for the service. I don't know why people would expect to find a best friend or therapist in them, it is just a quick get in and get out service. They always do a good, clean job on my eyebrows, and I never had a bad experience yet. $12 is a good price for what they do. Not sure if I would trust them to do eyelash extensions or anything involving chemicals, I would just stick to the basic services at this shop.

So came in on a Sunday and unfortunately only one technician was available. I wanted my full face done but was first asked if I could come back Monday, I said no, because I work as majority of people work the typical Mon-Fri jobs. The technician proceeded to say I can't do it because it's too busy. So I just asked for brows and upper lip to be done. I'm disappointed because I only come every two weeks for a brow and lip clean up and then once a month for a full face thread or thread and wax. This is a 30 minute drive for me only to say I cant get the service I wanted done?! Like who fault is is that they decided to make only one technician come in when it's busy on the weekends? I get it and understand things come up, but service shouldn't be denied because of it. Everywhere has their busy moments, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. and customers know how to wait their turn and that could have been this situation. No one was getting upset or anything for this technician to deny me a service that I drove for. Oh and not to mentioned she half-assed my service for me to ask her to get another part. Again, so disappointed.

I love it... I felt great leaving. You just have to trust the process. The women are loving and happy. I got a thread and a tint. I felt comfortable and felt good after and finished running errands for the rest off the day.

Literally just left. Originally planed to get my eyebrows threaded then follow it up with tint. Didn't get the tint cause after my eyebrows were done I was passed. I usually get them waxed then tinted but I thought I'd get them all done in 1 place. Shouldn't have. I spent 12 dollars on thin unequal not even close eyebrows and 1 brow has the tail completely off and they were nice and thick
before coming. I bet I won't be back. I'm so passed cause not I gotta fill them in so they at least look somewhat symmetrical

Hours inconsistent. Followed the new hours posted and lights on but door locked. Doesn't answer the phone. No voicemail box.

They literally always mess up my eyebrows, I have tried to give different people a try and they still either don’t fully thread my eyebrows and I have to do it myself or they do too much and I have to wait and try to outgrow my eyebrows again!

Pinky did great on my brows. Gave me exactly what I asked for and held good conversation while providing the service. I recommend brow beauty on 72nd and dodge. Those ladies work hard.

This is usually my go-to place for eyebrow threading, but there is new staff and my very first experience with one of the new women was awful. She was threading my eyebrows so hard the thread broke! After she was finished I looked in the mirror and saw my brows bleeding which NEVER happens. Here we are day 2 and it’s scabbing up. Also, the finished product as you can see- looks like I never even went to get my eyebrows done. Total waste of money and very unhappy with my experience. Will not be going back unless the previous staff members are there.

Do not waste your time or money here. New staff. I said please don't take my natural arch off the top, don't take any hair off the top. Then she also brings my browns in from the top and in from the front. Tinting was sloppy,uneven, and could not correct the bad threading. Clown Brow!!!
