It is not inviting when you go into this Casey’s. Stopped by today for coffee and the coffee was horrible I couldn’t even drink it. The service is ok at the register just very slow and no sense of urgency at all. When u have people waiting in line you should spend more time ringing people up and less time entertaining. The atmosphere feels like no one cares like it’s a kick it spot. When yall gonna do something about it instead of just apologizing for your employees and keeping it the same. Smh.

I ordered a pizza via the phone. That canceled my order. Nobody told me they were out of cheese. I drove all the way to the store. Waited 20 minutes outside only to go in to find out that canceled. My order don't waste your time. They didn't have shredded cheese.I can't imagine a pizza place not having shredded cheese

Went in to get some drinks and the employee who was working this morning was very rude and disrespectful. Was threatening me and started getting aggressive. My life felt threatened.

Tuesday August 12 stopped in to get a pizza gift card for my daughter's b-day. None. Manager. No we don't have any. No apology no sorry they are on order. Nothing. Saturday 9pm walked to get a slice. Closed. No sign. Nothing. This store is a joke. Expect more people. This is BENSON.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. It is constantly messy. The staff couldn’t care less to provide any measure of customer service. I just watched a cashier sit on his phone texting while checking someone out, doesn’t say thank you, then looks annoyed when I come home to check out because he had to stop texting for another 10 seconds, couldn’t even use his voice to tell me my total, and again didn’t say thank you. I think I’ve only had one employee here act like they have any interest being there in the last 2 years. They’ll have 4 employees standing around chatting and only one register open with a giant line of people waiting. Whoever “manages” this place should be ashamed and just resign already.

I forgot to get your name, but to the gentleman with the two sleeves worth of tats who was working the pizza ovens on 05/21/25 this afternoon… thank you! You’re the man!
I was picking up an order for my girlfriend and she had me show up WAY too early. You were super friendly and accommodating and helpful despite the fact that I showed up 10 minutes before the pizzas were out of the oven.
I appreciate you helping me find an alternative when Canadian bacon wasn’t available.
