The store has really turned around in the last few months. You can tell the new manager Kristen really cares about the store and her employees. Coolers are finally fully stocked along with the shelf’s. I know I can always go in for fresh hot food now. Food options where always hit or miss under old management. Store seems to be less cluttered and the employees are actually cleaning and wiping all the the time. Thanks Casey’s on 160th! I was about to stop coming to this location at all but the turn around this store has changed my mind!

I have stopped in here multiple times because it is near my work site. They have the worst maintained coffee machines of any gas station I have been in, have never got good service and it is all around unimpressive.

So I have been having numerous problems with this gas station. Over the last 2 weeks. I have gone to Casey's for the last 20 years. And yes, that's an over exaggeration. I don't know when Casey started. But I do know that there's the best gas station in the city. The only one comparable maybe is qt or quick shop. But I will tell you this. I'm about done with cases now when I go in there. I can't use my credit card for anything but debit. I don't even know my pin number. I just wanna use my card as credit. I don't understand how hard that is but they said the system was updated. I was just in there yesterday and it worked fine so I don't understand what happened between yesterday and today. But I'm leaving a review because I feel that this gas station is slowly slipping into turmoil. And maybe my review will help straighten out management or some sort of organization in this store. It cannot go to one of the best stores in the city to complete c*** in the matter of 3 months.

Filthy place. The top of one of the iced tea machines was missing, allowing any debris to enter the machine and be dispensed into a customer’s cup. Coffee machines were out of beans. There was spilled coffee on the counters and machines. Only one cashier working the register up front, and she was rude to her customers since it evidently was nearing the end of her shift. Three other employees congregated near the registers smoking and joking while the line of customers grew. The final insult was when the newly opened register’s cashier (and again the only open register) spent about five to 10 minutes chatting with her customer while several customers waited in a growing line well within her eyesight. So we had one employee who was rude to her customers to another employee who spent several minutes gossiping with her customer while the line wrapped around the store. The ONLY reason the chatting stopped is because a customer waiting in line tapped the chatty customer on the shoulder and told her there was a line of people. The cashier should have done this, not another customer.

Just moved to the neighborhood and ordered Pizza, which we've done at numerous Casey's over the years.The taco pizza was missing tomatoes and beans, had 3 shreds of lettuce and 5 crushed doritos on it despite our "extra chips" customized order.They used tomatoe sauce instead of the beans and didn't even bother to slice the pizza...we also received burned bone-in wings instead of the boneless we ordered.This is way below the standards for what Casey's pizza generally is, we won't be ordering from this location again.

Not sure who manages this place. 4 people behind the counter. Only 1 helping customers while the other 3 sit down and gossip. After 5 min of standing there because a gentleman was ordering a bunch of lottery tickets, one of them got up with an attitude to help me ring out two items.This place went downhill fast after Casey's purchased the location. Bucky's was way better.

$20.00 - $6.08 \u003d $13.00?? At Casey's it is. $13 is what the clerk gave my back before closing the cash drawer and going back to his cell phone. I bet if a customer walks out with a 92¢ item you would call the police on them. It was bad enough your coolers were never stocked, gas pumps never had receipt paper, the trash cans were always overflowing and your pizza looks like it's been sitting there for 34 hours.

Only 25% of their gas pumps were functional. Tap to pay didn't work at the pump. Receipt didn't print at the pump.

9:00am 11-28-22, absolutely no hot foods and the place wasn’t busy. Pretty sad specially when they advertise their breakfast burritos so hard…

I liked Bucky's better (the old gas station that Casey's replaced) Me being the fat slob I am, I loved those F'real milkshakes and then they got rid of it along with most the slushee flavors. The entirety of the cheese separated from the crust when I took one bite, but it didn't matter because it tasted very plain, doing my stomach a favor.

UPDATE: My husband took it back to them and all the employees and managers stood there and refused to acknowledge they messed up and they did not apologize. It took 15 mins of arguing to get a refund. They kept saying the ingredients were right, even though we had the online order pulled up showing what it should’ve been. They were rude the whole time. Do not give them your money. They had excuses for everything. Horribles food, we ordered taco pizza and boneless wings. Please see the disappointing food we received. They gave us a sausage pizza and just topped it with lettuce slices and dorito and thought it’d pass as a taco pizza. There was no beef or refried beans or taco sauce. The wings were just hard rock burnt chicken nuggets. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Not even a Casey's the food is horrible when they actually make it before noon. The workers are pretty disrespectful you can tell they are there to hang out and not work oh well Andersons gas station it is.
