Worst experience to date. I needed a truck to pickup a piece of furniture-reservation made at 1pm for 2:30pm. I was dropped off and walked in. I was asked for my id and debit card-woman’s first day on the job, and she was kind. I offer her my Venmo to which the man said they don’t take it-I said oh ok let me find my Wells Fargo-upon hearing my name man again says, Tonya “I called you, no truck available “ I at first thought it was a joke as there were 3 trucks on the lot. No joke-talks to me as if I’m poor that if I had a credible debit card I could go downtown and get a truck. Mind you, I was dropped off and no response from friends via call or text. No other concern or solution offered. I explain that and he stared at me as if we were on 2 different planets. As I am trying to find a way home or another solution my phone died. That is not their problem but I have zero options now and I was treated so poorly that another customer offered me a charger. Wrong port so I ask employees and the man again says no. I don’t know who his father or mother are, but his lack of humanity was appalling and I finally after crying and yelling just decided to walk over 3 miles home. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Was it all on them? No but to be treated like trash was beyond humbling and unacceptable. The female employee was not rude and was again on her first day to which I multiple times told her that I was sorry for my frustration but that man? WOW. Cold. Rude.

I have been renting vehicles from Budget frequently for the past year and a half, using the Omaha location on 116th. The service has been incredible. I needed to extend rentals a couple times and they were so accommodating which eased my worries. Vehicles were always clean and in good working condition.

Love this location, they are always nice. They are also quick,I've never had a problem. If something is wrong they correct it asap, very friendly bunch and I appreciate that the most!

I read threw the reviews. The negative feed back. Had me in disbelief. I rented numerous vehicles from this location. I will continue to do so . Do to multiple things.
#1. Professional service from staff (not uptight)
#2. Great equipment. No matter the collection
Only negative thing I've encountered. Was booking only a vehicle they didn't have. The staff resolved this issue as if there was no issue. They went above and beyond. They deserve compensated for the negative comments.

You can make a reservation, but don't count on them having the vehicle you need available. Kim at this location let me know 24 hours before I was to pick up a large SUV, that they won't have one for us. I understand things can happen. But I also would have expected some measure of making it right for the customer.
They couldn't secure a vehicle from another location. They offered me a smaller vehicle (not enough room) or a passenger van (no airbags/safety features) instead. When I explained why that won't work for us, Kim became very rude. She threatened to cancel my reservation and hang up on me. It was bad enough not to live up to their side of the deal, but the unprofessional demeanor was just that - unprofessional.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I should have listened to all the other reviews when given the chance but gave this place the benefit of the doubt. And it slapped me in the face. Do not. I repeat, DO NOT go through this place. take your money and business elsewhere. You won’t regret it.

We confirmed a PREMIUM SVU - which we even prepaid for. Showed up for her to tell us they only have a minivan or Toyota Sequoia!? Someone please tell me how that is equivalent???? This is the second time this has happened, so I won't be returning. STOP OFFERING CARS ON YOUR WEBSITE YOU CAN'T GUARANTEE.

I rent cars from here many times every year for personal use and travel. Every time the car is very new, there are always surprises, and even some cars with very cool colors. Most of the employees are professional. If you buy DW and SLI, they will help you deal with all the problems.

All is good except that fact they close at 5pm and credit hold duration over 7+ days.
Rented a vehicle on 25th with same day return. Per instructions drop the car keys in the drop box before 8:30pm
Still my credit card showing the hold today. Called in Budget and they say hold can take up to 10 days.
Now I want another rental tomorrow but how can I do while my first hold is under process? Seems they don’t have a solution for this situation

Absolute nightmare dealing with this place. Never. Ever. Again. Go with Enterprice, their prices are the same, they are more professional and unlike Budget, their employees aren’t rude.
