It was 2 days before Christmas and all other car rentals where closed, at noon. Budget stayed open till 3pm and she was prepared to wait for me to get a Cab ride, even if it were past 3pm.I can't tell you how good that made me feel

Stopped by with an inquiry. Britney/Brittany (unfortunately didn't get the preferred spelling) went ABOVE and beyond by helping us with explanations and suggestions, all the while with patience and warm attitude. A wonderful rep who deserves a raise.

Had reservations for this rental for over 4 months from this location on locust street in carter lake before the airport ...for a seven seater Suv also with insurance! Contacted them several times to confirm reservation .talked to the manager and staff at least 4 times. Went there to get rental before leaving town at 8 am and they had NO CAR for me... and said they tried to call me and they did not they added a extra digit in when i ask them what number they called... I talked to them the day before and all the other times and they had the correct number then...said they were sorry they might have a car at noon and might not..why didn't they call cell number? and said they have a Charger or another electric car not going to work that is why i reserved months in advance...needed to leave out of town. Had to find a Suv at Hertz! No one ever reached out to me or asked to make it right or to follow budgets standards with keeping customers happy and making things right..Who ever owns this franchise really needs to check in to the employees and manager they have there.I was taken back by this I needed to be in Minnesota by 3pm.but the girl at the counter said sorry i understand your disappointment...Really i don't think so...Just a reminder Never EVER use Budget on Locus in carter lake. And most of all sorry to the owner of this awful business they have running.. what a shame to you and your failing business....and now that every one knows what you do to your customers that were trying to give you business...they will know what they getting into if they would use your location...

Avoid this location at all cost first not only did they double charge me a 306 rental turned into 664 and instead of trying to fix the issue after I provided bank statements showing they were paid and charge me again they claimed it was my banks fault as if my bank works for them to create those extra charges worst customer service the account manager Sandy is rude has no customer service skills and acts as if any complaint will go thru her it won't had corporate call me to verify they had indeed doubled charged me will never use them again

Poor experience, i made a reservation, had the confirmation number, and even showed the lady my email stating i had a reservation and she still “could not find it in the system”. Did not make much of an effort to assist me or make sure nothing would be taken out of my account. Was also told they wouldn’t have had the car available for me anyways. BOTH workers left the store at 4:55 when they close at 5:00. It seemed like they just wanted to go home and therefore lied about not being able to find my reservation. Will definitely elevate this horrible experience to a higher level. Would not recommend coming to this location.

If possible I would give Budget as a whole 0 stars. Not only was I transfered a total of 6 times. I was given incorrect information about the cost, additional charges and payments. The customer service was horrible and the phone representatives were very rude. My father was also treated poorly when he tried to pick up the rented vehicle. I do not recommend this rental service.

Exiled to Iowa/Omaha, Nebraska was not my plan of a happy birthday. So I decided to rent a car. After looking through each rental company's lot and a reservation for a high end vehicle at another Omaha Rental Car Vendor was not anywhere close I was amazed to see the selection at Budget. Usually, Budget is not a purveyor of upper eschelon rental experiences however I was blown away at the selection at Eppley. 2021 BMW X6s, X5s, X3s, brand new Dodge Ram 2500 Limiteds, Expeditions with all the options, even their Camry's seemed to be a good mix of SE, as well as higher trim XSE and XLE, 4Runner TRD Off Roads instead of the typical lower end SR5 on rental lots. I chose a 2021 BMW X3 M40i. I could not believe they had this car. It was an enjoyable drive, very well equipped, and surpassed my needs for a escape from my sentence in Omaha, Nebraska. While it was not unlimited miles their mileage charge was reasonable and included 100 miles per day with the rental fee. I inquired as to why their selection was so great, Budget Nebraska simply uses the booking system of Budget for their rental business and it is not under the corporate umbrella, or so I was told. I have rented from a similar situation in Wyoming (that I would never recommend) but the group in Nebraska completely blew my socks off. The cars were all new with higher trim levels/option packages than I'm used to at rental companies, the service was acceptable, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend renting from Budget at Eppley Field in Omaha, Nebraska if you ever end up there.

she is resist her name is Megan she charge me 170 less than an a hour for nothing I just rent a van but my family didn’t like it, from their office to home is for that money I call 1800—- and they told me it’s a private budget company I should have know that earlier?????

I’m finally in my hotel, with AC and sleeping children. I’ve tried to fall asleep, but I’m so amped up and angry and completely stressed to the max about what happened to us today that I can’t sleep. I’m going to write what happened and feel free to share. I’ll be calling the Budget Corporate offices as soon as I have some down time and they are open.
