Returned my car last night and they said they said it wasnt full and charged me $74.33 for gas when I had filled it up before I had returned it. Absolutely insane. Luckily I keep gas recipts. Hopefully this can get resolved. I return the car earlier than expected and this is what I get smh.

The pick up was quick smooth and easy. The car was clean and in excellent condition. HOWEVER!, when it comes to the customer service of the employees, it is very poor. And I really can’t blame the employees because they all say the same thing so blaming Budget for a poor operation. I called and extended my rental, the money was taken out of my account instantly without a problem. When I called to extend it again, they quoted me a higher price and could not explain why. I had to get more money to extend the rental. When I called back to extend it, I was quoted an even higher price and was told because it doesn’t show that I extended it the first time. No one is able to assist with explaining anything. They all say “tHaTs jUsT wHaT tHe sYsTeM iS sHowInG”. The customer a thi e is very poor. If O can help it, I will NEVER in my life rent a car from budget again. Poor operation. Budget has been around long enough to have a more efficient operation. I should be able to modify my rental online anyway. Operation needs a major update.

Would not accept payment. They said my card was a pre-paid debit card. It says Mastercard CREDIT. I have $6,000 credit line. Would not honor my reservation.

Park and ride to airport on shuttle. Drivers explained where we checked in and where we needed to go to board plane. Extremely helpful. Most of parking paved. Driver helped load and unload luggage. Cheaper parking rates than airport parking including long term. Discounted a day since we put in a reservation.

I came in joking and happy to be greeted by Brittany with a terrible attitude. I was frustrated because they needed extra info as by business card was a debit and I needed credit. She couldn’t print it and was extremely unhelpful. In frustration I was looking through my bag and said the F word. Not to her, not looking at her, totally out of frustration and she cancelled the reservation. I will NEVER rent from them again. I see why they have such poor reviews

This rental car company is the worst customer service ever. The rental car company employees at the airport are lazy they don’t inspect your car going or coming and then they will call you at a later time claiming you damage the car. In which they threaten to charge my card almost $1000. Very very unprofessional. Now I have to take legal actions. Please please don’t rent from budget rental in Omaha airport it cost u headaches and problems

Update: I did end up getting an email from Enterprise per the fiasco below and they reimbursed me my cost to rent another car. I appreciate that and so I increased to 4 stars from 1 star.Original: I got stranded by Enterprise because their people didn't bother to stick around even though I had a reservation for midnight. I had to have a car and the only one available was from Budget. Rather than giving me a reasonable rate, they took advantage of me and charged me an ridiculously high rate. Budget had the chance to gain a customer who travels much, but taking advantage of my plight will result in me to continue to look for my next rental car company. Oh, and the car had several problems that I reported when I brought it back and agents just shrugged it off. No apology. No offer of a coupon. Nothing. Lousy quality + High prices = no bueno

Customer service is really bad. Brittany is racist and not very friendly. It seems she is working because someone is forcing her to work. Also, they don’t respect customers who book from costco. So people please use Enterprise rental from costco only. Thwy have super customer service.Also, Brittany was typing personal information on computer without verifying with customer. After I found that she entered wrong phone number in system, and i asked to verify address and other information . Then she made a face and said its fine everything is correct.I feel she is being racist to non white people.

Budget desk was very friendly and helped me even though my vehicle type wasn't available. I was disappointed my reservation didn't go smoothly due to booking website not knowing their local inventory, but this made up for it completely. Great staff, comsistently nice, and good location. I use this agency every time I'm in Omaha.

Prepaid for my rental for small discount ($120). An additional pre-auth on my card for more then the original rental cost ($180). I was 1 hr past their 30 min grace period, hadn't realized, and was charged for a whole additional day. Airport's general manager refused to work with me and kept a whole day's rental cost (an additional $120) for being 1 hour late. I could see some kind of additional cost, but not a whole day's rental fee.

Looking through other reviews I fail to see how this Budget has such bad reviews. I visit Omaha often and rent from Budget every time. I have never had a bad experience. The employees have always been kind and helpful and the prices are great. The choice of vehicles is also a plus. I will continue using Budget when I visit and would recommend them to everyone else too!

This is my first time to rent from Budget. I’ll be honest, I’m saying the only reason why I rented here, is because many of the other ones were booked. I’m glad they were. The desk clerk, Vicky, was an absolute delight! Very friendly, and conversive as she got my paperwork ready. It was swift and I had no trouble checking the vehicle out and driving off. The car was a treat and I had no problem with it. Returning the car, was a piece of cake as well, and again, Vicky was superb!! If and when I’m back, I’ll be using Budget again because of your customer service. Thank you!

I did a prepaid rental on a car. I arrived and they said I would get a 15 passenger bus. I told them I reserved a car, not a bus, and I asked if they had cars and they said yes, but that would be $100 extra. Avoid.

This has been the worst rental experience ever! I was overcharged, the customer service is the worse!! Supposed to be available at 8am on Sundays but answering service said no one available for 2 hours! Never able to reach a representative. I would not recommend renting from Budget at Omaha, NE airport.
